Great place to park. Finding parking in the town is very difficult on a busy day so finding this place was great and the prices are good as well

Very hard to get internet to pay on app also card payment won't always work and does not accept cash

Central location, reasonable prices. Bring cash - it couldn't cope with card payments when we tried. Our car also got covered in poo from the seagulls that sit on the church roof and target all the cars parked below. So, ideally try to avoid parking right next to the church.

Can't pay by card, only coins.
I try to pay on both the ticket machines.
They do not work.

Please make sure you keep your parking ticket for up to a month or pay by card to have a proof of payment ,, they might charge you 100£

Keep your ticket and a photo of you displaying it. I received a PCN saying I hadn't bought a ticket. Thankfully I still had it and have appealed. Other reviewers are correct - the machine only accepts the first 4 characters of the reg number. You'd think their photo of my reg and a ticket with the first 4 numbers would be enough!

Paid for 9 hrs stay. Only stayed 4hrs 44mins using my bank card. 2weeks later received £100.00 summons. They sent photo evidence on me entering and leaving so no-one checks the windscreens. I am really angry that this landed on my door step with poor evidence. I therefore have appealed. Beware of this company they are clearly on the make. Ruined a lovely day.

AVOID THIS CAR PARK! purchased a ticket and didn't realise that my full 7 digit, numbers, were not on the ticket, only printed the first 4 Even though I did punch them in so hence got £100 fine, I appealed this and it was called a MAJOR KEYING ERROR, but was my fault??? Didn't see anywhere on the board that the onus was on me to check FULL registration entered and printed on ticket. So if the machine is faulty you WILL be fined. This company is charging admin fees and making easy money totally unacceptable. Won't be visiting llandudno again this ruined our stay we also had lunch in the church to support the WI, next time we will park roadside with our blue badge and block the pavement and roads like others do. Should be O Stars!

The parking itself is great - good location, decent spaces etc. However we received a penalty notice seven months later (parked in 06/22, received penalty notice from EPC in 01/23). Luckily we have proof that we paid via online banking, otherwise we would have paid over 100 GBP penalty!

Barrier was open and vans were parked in car park so we also parked here in our BMW X5 with Roof Box. We came back after approximately 2 hours and the barrier was closed! No phone number anywhere to ring either! Absolute joke! We've had to leave our 2 babies in the car in 30 degree heat and take the roof box off, which weighs a ton, plus I have disabilities and have pulled my back!

Church should not be cashing in on car parking it's a church for gods sake
