Blue Elephant Indian Restaurant

Lovely food, kind staff, good atmosphere and good service times.

Catered a dish to be vegan for me after asking them what they could do which is great!

For future reference, a separate vegan menu would be great to save any hassle when ordering.

This place won’t make you a blue elephant as you won’t be sad when you leave here as you will be absolutely thrilled with your experience here. Excellent food and service! Ask for a window seat! Lovely view of Llandudno coast and the cheeky seagulls

Visited on Friday 12th July. Didn’t make reservations, but wife and I were seated immediately. Onion bhaji was amazing. My lamb biriyani was flavourful. Service was good. We paid £50 for meal and drinks for two, excluding service charge. Good value for money.

Absolutely delicious food, couldn't recommend enough. I had onion fried rice, chicken korma, peshawari naan, partner had chicken korai. Every dish was cooked to perfection. Great sized portions, I ordered onion bhaji & got 4. Amazing food, great service, very professional, great ambience & great views over the town

Amazing food and excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed but book a table in advance.

The food was delicious, came in good time and service was very good. Staff were friendly and servings were a good size to ensure you were able to finish everything without feeling sick.

On the recommendation of a friend we tried the Blue Elephant and we are glad we did.
A warm welcome from Maruf and looked after wonderfully by a young lady was a great start. When the food came it was all delicious. Chicken tikka starter, chicken chaat, tikka masala main and in particular the Naga Naga chicken were all excellent!
The rice was fluffy, separate and delicately flavoured, the naan cooked perfectly, no doughy uncooked sections like some places… all in all a great experience!

Would 100% recommend to eat here!
Had my son’s 18th birthday meal here & it was FANTASTIC, the staff were beautiful and extremely sweet!
My youngest son who is 11 said thank you to them and they bought us a round of drinks for having such a polite young boy ❤

We enjoyed the Indian food at the restaurant. It was served on time. The food tasted too good. The location of the restaurant is also good. You may enjoy the view of the sea.

A wonderful meal out! We ate here tonight during a last minute trip to Llandudno.
We hadn't booked, but the waiting staff were very accommodating and showed us to a lovely window booth immediately.
Our food was delicious and we decided to take the rest of our food home with us, because it was too good to waste! :-)

The warm poppadoms and chutney tray to start was a lovely touch, and the selection was great.

Overall - excellent food, friendly and polite waiting staff, great music and a welcoming atmosphere.

The food was amazing! I haven't had such authentic Indian food in a while. Great staff. Portion is more than enough for one person. It's also easy to book table online.

Never had Indian food and didn’t think I would like it so much, but I was surprised at how much I loved it. Pleasant staff, ambient music was a a perfect volume, and everything went smoothly. Didn’t expect my trip to wales to include recommending an Indian restaurant to friends. The tandoori was fantastic but I can’t seem to find it in the selection for recommendations, we ordered a lot of the mixed tandoori grill dishes.

Wonderful meal and fabulous service. Zahi the manager was efficient welcoming and had a lovely smile.
This was a wonderful way to spend an evening in Llandudno. We had a great table with windows looking out to the sea.

We come at least twice a year to Llandudno and don’t know why we haven’t been to The Blue Elephant before! We alway have something tandoori and the mixed one we had here on Wednesday night was absolutely perfect ! We also had The onion fried Rice and a keema nan to go with our tandoori! Everything was beautiful! Well cooked, spice was spot on and service was excellent! This will be our Asian restaurant of choice in the future!

We didn’t have a booking but the lovely lady who welcomed us said she would fit us in. We ordered a drink and by the time that was sorted so was our table. Fabulous range of food choices and it was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Llandudno

Best Indian I’ve ever had. The chef’s speciality’s are really well balanced and flavoursome. Such a great selection of dishes not found elsewhere. My fave is Mou’s very own patented dish made with lamb.
Staff very attentive, friendly and welcoming. I will come every time I visit and recommend happily!

Good atmosphere, friendly staff and lovely food.

Delightful restaurant, we had booked and requested a window seat which was provided straight away. Sharing starter platter was delicious and the Welsh lamb in both main dishes were so tasty and melted in the mouth. Lovely light naan bread which complimented everything beautifully. Staff go over and above to please and everyone we came into contact with were so helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere and highly recommended. Will definitely return when in the area.
