Very polite staff and good selection of fish. They have been in clean tanks, and in good health. A lot of food choices for aquatic animals and reasonably priced. I would recommend this story to fish lovers.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The lady who helped us took the time to talk and explain fish facts to my autistic son, who was adding to his aquarium. Great range of accessories and treats for our other furry pets.

Great place have been very supportive when I have had problems with any of my fish, and when I had fish passed away straight after purchasing them, they replaced them free of charge. I would definitely recommend 👌

Brilliant customer service from Chloe at the front desk. She is always welcoming, caring and very friendly. She always goes above and beyond to create a good relationship with owners. I haven't seen her recently, I miss her friendly face when I take my kittens into the store/vets for their appointments.

The staff were awesome. I was back in the UK from New Zealand. Last time I was home I bought a rough and tough monkey for our fog, I wanted another one. This store was out of stock. The staff there tried to find one and even offered to send one out( till I explained it would be sent to NZ) 🤣. Great work, guys 👍😁

Helpful, friendly staff. Wide selection of products. If you have been persuaded by your loved ones to add to your family, and have somehow lost the argument about the global economic and climate crisis, then this is a great place. They have rabbits for toddlers to watch and many other fun things.

Friendly and helpfull staff if you wanna buy a rabbit would reccomend here to rehome as they will netuer it for you

Staff always about to help and advise. They seem to really care about the animals. I wanted some fish but even though they list a sale recommended they wouldn't fit in with my aquarium excellent service.
