Amazing starting point for a hike. Usually you can always find somewhere to park, toilets, hot drinks and snacks are also available.
Stunning views along the path to Llyn Idwal, then there’s a choice of walking around the lake or hiking to the tops. We go quite often, and have been in all weathers. Highly recommend.

Such a gorgeous place to visit if you are in the area and the walks are all FREE! Bonus! Ashame about the weather but it is Wales so you'd be luck if you didn't get a bit of rain on your visit hehe. Definitely a place to revisit, which I'll definitely do in the summer with the hope of the sun arriving too. Definitely camera opportunities here.

Lovely day out well worth a visit. Bit of a slow incline at the beginning then mostly level with a few ups and downs but easy to navigate. Easy path to follow. 2 hour round trip.

A must visit place for the travellers. Lynn ogwren is equally beautiful. For trekkers there lie another lake a mile ahead easy to get there and for the extreme climbers there lies the devil's kitchen.

We chose Cwm Idwal, only 1-2 hours very windy but well worth it.

Great walks, good facilities. Better in off season. The Devils kitchen circuit is superb.

This place has stunning scenery.
Do not park on the road side as you will rightfully get a ticket

Lovely cottage, perfect for exploring the local area. 5 minutes from the Zip World. Very charming, lovely fireplace and open plan. Very clean and cosy. The bed in the bigger bedroom was so comfortable! Short walk distance from town. Really enjoyed our stay.

I went there with my primary school as a group and it is one place I would love to visit again. It's a beautiful place it has all the outdoor activities like mounting climbing, canoeing, camping etc. They also had a lot of indoor activities to like pool, table tennis, darts, boardgames. I can imagine they would have a lot more activities going on now as it's been years since I went. It was exciting plus very beneficial it's a place I would love my kids to visit

I was in the group in June 1969 that were the first school party to climb all the 3000' peaks, I think it has shaped my life. Just 2 days ago I climbed a 7000' mountain in southern Spain and the thrill and sense of achievement is still there.
Would any fellow attendees like to celebrate in June 2019 for the golden anniversary, a stroll up Tryfan and a meal afterwards for a suggestion.
