Excellent customer service
Hi guys just want to say a huge thank you to Jill at Brian May guitars. I rang her today 2nd dec in dire straits!! as my 11 year old changed his Santa request to his favourite band and guitarist Brian Mays Special BMG guitar in antique cherry. Jill was so helpful and was able to tell me that they firstly had it in stock and secondly most important that they could deliver to us in Dublin within approx a weeks time. Absolutely Perfect as i needed it delivered prior to 24th!! She processed the order with no problem and made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. Cannot wait to see my son’s face on Christmas day as it is a stunning guitar. Thank you Jill and the team . Jane (Dublin)🎄🎄

I bought a BMG special. The website says the fretboard is ebony. Mine was rosewood. I tried to contact customer service. No response.
Worst guitar ever for the price. Cheapo Asian guitar. A lot of better options out there.
