Fitted thirty years ago bedroom cupboards still perfect.
Fitted recently, cupboard doors squeak, pull out shoe rack fitted too low will not pull out, drawers fitted crooked.

Not really helpful and they can’t do bespoke for some reason not sure why, better use local joinery company, sharps is only for straight forward box wardrobe which again very expensive for what it is I think, will take business somewhere else

Zero star if I am allowed to put in 0! We had a sales designer came this morning and put down a design on a piece paper and priced up on a piece of paper for us and told us if we don’t sign us now, we will lose the additional discount. When we told him we want to think about it and compare with other fitted wardrobe companies, he got very unhappy and stormed out. No thanks for offering him coffee. We have treated him with warm welcome and respect, obviously he doesn’t respect himself judging by his behaviour.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered fitted wardrobes installer came along late went off for lunch for over an hour and left at 4pm. All the stuff left in bedroom late agin the next day cigarette breaks every half hour. Came back the next day went off for midday break and never came back. I complained and they sent someone else to complete the job. I was compensated. Just under one year later notices the wardrobes where coming away from the wall as the first layabout didn't fix them to the wall. Would give NO stars if I could shocking !!!!

Currently having sliderobes installed. My 2 day Installation is currently at day 10. Wrong sized shelves delivered caused the first delay. They were replaced 2 days later by the right size but wrong colour, by which time the fitter was on another job. They were replaced 2 days later and since then I have heard nothing from him. In addition when doing the install one of the panels was damaged and also the central door rolls back 8 inches onced opened. Having chased up today to find out what is happining I had no reply from Sharps or the fitter. A further call from me to them after an hour and a half resulted in a 10 min wait for it to be answered. The girl who I spoke to claimed she had spoken to the fitter and that he had called me, That hadn't happened. I am now waiting for a replacement part which may or may not arrive tomorrow and a return call from the girl in the office to inform me when the fitter will return. So far I have been waiting over an hour. When placing my order I informed the designer that I would be replacing the fitted wardrobes in my other bedrooms as they are around 30 years old. Needless to say my opinion of Sharps means that there is no way on Gods earth that I will be giving the business to them. Tomorrow is day 11 followed by a Bank Holiday weekend. A 2 day install looks like it will be a 2 week+ install and maybe longer if they can not cure the problems.
My install that was started on May the 15th 2023 was a complete disaster resulting in the company sending a surveyor to inspect and report on it. The surveyor condemned the install aresulting in it having to be removed and much of it replced and rebuilt. It is now almost 2 months since the job was started and a fitter was scheduled to come today for a 2 day refit. it is now 13.45 in the afternoon and I am still waiting for the fitter to arrive. I have an appointment on Friday which means that as of this moment the 2 day window is now less than 1 1/2 days and closing. Sharps customer service and reliability appears to be as bad as ever and I despair as to when we will have what we have paid for. so far a 2 day job has taken 2 months.

Would never recommend Sharps. Damage to my property, took 28 photos of damage due to rushed job as fitter couldn't come second day as another customer was in his words going ballistic" about their fitter not turning up, hence my job rushed. Sharps tell me this is"minor". Wish I had gone with Hammonds they are so professional in all respects.

Had a Sharps designer up to flat. Went to store to choose material. No one could get designer to answer his phone or email. After several weeks he phoned but by this time id bought a wardrobe instead.

Terrible customer service, never return phone calls or reply to emails. When you ring and ask to speak to a manager you just get someone in customer services who get your name wrong and don't have a clue. Get told something different everytime you ring. Last call were told if you dont like it go somewhere else! We really wanted to give these people our business but sorry we really will go somewhere else.
