I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by this veterinary clinic. We recently visited for our dog's neutering procedure, and I am beyond impressed with the level of care and professionalism displayed by the entire team.

From the moment we walked in, the staff exhibited great resilience and patience, especially when dealing with our naughty and uncooperative dog. Their strong perseverance and understanding made us feel incredibly reassured. They went above and beyond to ensure our pet's comfort and well-being.

The surgery itself was remarkably smooth, a testament to the skill and expertise of the veterinarians and their dedicated staff. Throughout the entire process, our dog received top-notch care, and we were kept informed at every step.

I have taken my cat to this vets for nearly 9 years and it's just fantastic, everyone is friendly and helpful. I want to say a big Thank You to the vet practitioner Thosi, her service was outstanding. She was amazing treating my cat but also made sure I was okay. The ladies at the front desk have amazing customer service skills and ever so lovely. I can't recommended this vets enough.

Great service here. I took my kittens to get spayed and neutered, as well as microchipped; they were in fantastic hands. Everything was explained in detail and in layman's terms as well. Very caring staff who obviously prioritise the animals' wellbeing. I especially want to thank Megan for being the main person who helped me through this service.

Fantastic service from Megan, my kitten was very angry not taking the treatment, she helped calm him and asked doctors to help, very professional and polite, my favourite vets and enjoy shopping for my little hairy friend.

Amazing! I took my cat Bertie here as he wasn't well- managed to get an appointment on the day by the very friendly reception staff. Seen by a lovely vet and then booked in a week later for my cat to have a dental operation. Dropped him in in the morning and by late afternoon he was done and ready to come home. Such lovely friendly staff making the whole experience so easy reassuring and professional. Fair prices too.

I had to book an emergency appointment for my dog, thank you to Connor for giving us an appointment on the same day. Thank you to the vet who dealt with him with compassion and swiftly addressed the issue and gave us instructions on how to get him back to full health.

I got a annual vaccine for my New Mini Lop Rabbit. His 10 weeks old. Cost me £70 but the vet did a full health check and said his healthy. The vet was very nice and i trusted him with my little ball of fur. Would recommend this vet. Saw alot of people with dogs and cats coming to vets so im sure they are very good with all pets. Happy with the service will recommend

I speak as I find and I have to say that the team here in Ilford are tremendous.
I’ve been a dog mamma since March 2021 and now have two boys and they are just so helpful, take so much time not to rush appointments and I can tell the vets are very caring.
I’ve seen a few different vets since coming and each one has been just as lovely as the next.
My only ever frustration is sometimes when you call up you have to hold for a while but the reception does get busy.
The reception team are amazing too.
I signed up for the care plan and I find it brilliant for my needs.

Brandee’s issue was expertly dealt with and resolved. She’s fine now. I’m very happy to say. Thank you to the team😊

They were friendly and helpful from start to finish, it was easy to get an appointment they were very helpful. Everything was explained and I was kept informed with what I needed to do and they kept me up to date on my cat after the procedure, my cat had a few quite days but is now back to his usual self. Thank you all so much

I travel a long journey to get to this vet because the staff are friendly and professional.
Their doctor’s availability is better than most other places I checked.
Last time Ameena examined my doggie son and helped me get his documents sorted to take him abroad with me. She was extremely kind and indeed helpful.

Took a sick stray cat here who had literally come into my home and given Birth to 5 beautiful kittens within 30 minutes of meeting us!! She had worms and a chest infection so the vet gave us worming surup and some anitbiotics. They are very expensive and it did set me back £95 for the pleasure but if it is once in a while I do not mind, but there should be cheaper alternatives for pet owners as not everyone could afford such a luxury and therefore have to choose between treating their furry friends or leaving them in distress!!

I really think the woman at the front desk is really friendly. I have met with 2 now and they have both been lovely.
Last year the woman was really nice to me when I was upset about my cat being unwell.
The Vet there is great. Really caring and efficient. I didn't understand everything she was saying but I don't think I needed to necessarily.
They always seem busy but always got time to be friendly and helpful. Thank you.

They saw me when my regular vets practice were closed and said they couldn’t help. That the only practice for emergency hours was in thamesmead. They didn’t give us any other option other than to drive to the other side of the river! My cats health was failing fast and the vets we normally go to just didn’t seem to care. It’s been two days and they haven’t called to follow up.

Vets4pets saw me within 20 minutes of me calling them. They did all the checks straight away, blood tests, blood pressure, weight, temperature, we were given antibiotics for his infection there and then and medication to take for the next seven days. Rocky is doing so well on the medication, the vet and nurses were so kind, the receptionist was kind and listened to me, I was very upset and had thought I was going to lose Rocky that night. A FANTASTIC service, kind vets and nurses who made my nervous cat feel comfortable, everything from start to finish was professional and kind. 10/10 I’ll be recommending Vets4Pets to everyone I know with a pet from now on! You saved my cat from dying, thank you 🙏🏼

We ended up registering my new puppies here in August because my local Vets4Pets site wasn't taking registrations. I'd had my puppies for one week, they were unvaccinated and one was very very ill. I truly believe God guided me here because they saved my puppies life. Most vets would have advised me to put her down as i had just bought her and the vet bills were racking up with the care she needed BUT the love and care from all the staff at this vet is just A CLASS. They didn't give up on my baby and neither did I, we went there daily and they watched her and treated her, ran tests and kept me informed. I'm so emotional writing this because to think - if I didn't have the support and dedication from the staff here I wouldn't have my beautiful puppy in my life right now. This vet is a 45 minute drive from home and me and the pups are happy to stay with them, in fact I refuse to go elsewhere. The puppy in question has gone from 0.6KG to 2KG since mid August and is a happy thriving gorgeous little thing. Her brother is strong and Healthy too. He actually had a little illness which this vet took care of in the same way and with the same urgency as his sister. They are truly awesome caring people all of them.
