First time having a hydra facial and using Shumaila’s. Very pleasant experience. G was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. I also decided to get my eyebrows threaded at the end of my treatment and G done them perfect. Really happy. It’s now the next day and I’m super happy with the results of my skin. 🥰🥰🥰

The salon was clean and presentable. The massage bed was comfortable and had heated blankets which was a nice touch . Kim the massage therapist was professional and the massage was relaxing and done to the full time. Very good I would return

Lovely relaxing massage with Kim, always sends me to sleep! Only negative would be sometimes outside noise can be heard..maybe making it a quiet zone when clients step in the salon would be good.

I have been having regular laser sessions with Sabaf at the Woodford branch. She is lovely, very informative and I have achieved great results from the laser! I would really recommend having laser done here, I feel comfortable and overall it has been a great experience with great results.

Ghuzla, was my therapist. She has always been amazing. Today I visited with a broken leg her lack of attention and empathy made my session calming.

Saima was my therapist today, I had a massage with hot stones. I was in severe pain around my neck head and shoulders and I do not exagerrate when I say she has healed me! I will be returning in the future and specifically asking for Saima! Thank you Saima and Shumailas Chigwell!

I am 33 weeks pregnant and went to Shumaila’s Chigwell for my pre birth waxing. I wanted somewhere with experience of waxing pregnant women and when I called to book they seemed knowledgable about waxing in pregnancy. Kim was my therapist. She was so understanding and gentle. She understood that because of my pregnancy I can’t lie on my back and that moving around the table would be difficult, but she made it work and manoeuvred around me. She used hot wax on the most sensitive areas and gave me breaks as needed. I did not feel rushed. Best of all she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. 10/10 ⭐
