A lovely place to stay, not there for b&b but would love to try another time. We stayed in one of the self catering appartments which opened out onto the garden and then parkland. Just beautiful. Everything was spotless and the bed very comfortable. A very warm welcome, especially as we were early.
Dog friendly
I would recommend 100% and hope to stay again.

Fabulous high end accommodation, high specification fittings and decor. Very convenient stop if touring between the coast and the Brecon Beacons. Luxurious bathroom with claw tub and great shower. Breakfast was high quality and generous. Spacious grounds, multiple guest lounge areas, superb stay.

Stayed here recently with a friend & our young daughters.
We had a lovely relaxing evening sat in front of the log burner in the sitting room.
Beautiful continental breakfast.
We’ll definitely be back soon.

Fabulous. Loved the well coordinated decor. Really comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Loved that there was breakfast cereal and milk and plenty of tea and coffee in the self catering studio. Lovely grounds and very peaceful. Very friendly hosts. Really pleased we found this little gem.

We recently stayed at Llwynhelig in the Stables Loft self catering converted barn and the main house for a family wedding that was close by. The stables loft has been beautifully renovated and is very characterful with exposed stonework and beams and gorgeous window seats in the living room. The kitchen is really well equipped should you wish to cook and the hosts had left an array of breakfast cereals which the kids really appreciated. There are 2 bedrooms (one twin and one double) and family bathroom with bath and separate shower, more than enough very fluffy towels for all of us. Even though it is advertised as dog friendly there was not a trace of dog, be it hair or smell! The rest of my family stayed in the main house (the bedrooms and bathrooms are stunning ) and we shared the communal drawing room, dining room and had the most delicious continental breakfasts in the Orangery overlooking the extensive grounds. Again these rooms are beautifully decorated and designed. It's really peaceful and the views are of rolling welsh hills and very close to Llandeilo. We were given such a lovely welcome by the owners. Would definitely have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely love to stay again. Thank you for hosting us.

This was the best bed and breakfast my girlfriend and I stayed in during our travels through the UK. The house is located in a perfect countryside setting. Acres of land surround the house giving you a peaceful and tranquil retreat. Inside, the house is very warm and welcoming. The bedrooms are spacious with big windows, perfect for the morning view. The bathroom was beautiful, with nice high-end finishes, and a huge bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak. In the morning you'll wake up to a delicious buffet style breakfast. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

A truly lovely welcome received at this luxurious place to stay! From the welcome, through to the time we had to leave, I cannot do anything but give praise on this brand new B&B! The owners were welcoming and so helpful, the rooms are really amazing, the luxurious bedding was absolutely helpful at a great nights sleep.
It was absolutely silent, with nothing but a breeze of country air coming through the open window. The bathroom was also fantastic, with a marble top bath, walk in shower, with top of the range fixings and deep fluffy towels too!
The views from a double aspect room, over looking the generous grounds, to the mountains in the distance, all unspoilt! The breakfast was plentiful and such a range to choose from, fresh fruit, the Welsh yoghurts were delicious and the pastries fresh and yummy! The coffee was plentiful and really nice too. We didn’t want to leave, Many thanks to the whole team at Llwynhelig Manor, it really was a nice stay and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Llwynhelig for two nights at the beginning of April and were absolutely delighted with the experience! Llwynhelig combines all the charm of a bed and breakfast with the level of design and luxury one would expect from a boutique hotel, the best of both worlds! Petra gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants, pubs and walks nearby. Wish we could have stayed another night and would love to go back again. Thank you so much Petra for your incredible hospitality!

Absolutely fabulous!!! We reserved all the rooms and the cottage for a ladies night away. Llwynhelig is a stunning place - beautifully decorated and furnished, impeccably clean, bathrooms are especially luxurious, setting is stunning - quiet and relaxing, generous and delicious continental breakfast. Thank you, Petra, for another fantastic stay!

Called in to have a look around today. First chance since out friends took on this venture. OMG it's amazing. Every room is stunning. So well proportioned and all the little touches made each room so unique. Old and new furniture and fixtures so well put together. The grounds, the walled garden and outside self catering accommodation had the absolute wow factor too. We can't wait until we can stay over. Well done Dave and Petra it's 5star plus.

Stunning place in the wonderful Welsh countryside. Beautiful bed and breakfast, with amazing bedrooms, bathrooms, a cosy lounge and the most beautiful orangery, in which to eat your delicious continental breakfast, whilst enjoying the gorgeous views. Everything about Llwynhelig Manor is classy and of the highest quality, but doesn't feel pretentious. It feels homely and oh so comfortable. We absolutely loved it.

I spent a few nights in the self-catering lodge with some friends. The flat is located just outside the main house but in a separate building, so it really feels private and homely. It is very cosy and decorated with a lot of taste. Bonus point for the very comfortable bed! The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need if you want to cook. But when we felt like being lazy the the owners were very helpful and recommended to us a couple of nice places in town (would recommend the Ginhaus for drinks). We were quite unlucky with the weather (rainy week), but in the end we had a great time. It is a quiet and very relaxing place, and that's exactly what we were looking for. We also spent some time in the orangery of the main house, where we had some tea while looking at the beautiful (and rainy) welsh landscape.
Overall, the service is great, the flat well furnished and the surroundings beautiful. I would recommend for group of friends/family looking for a relaxing weekend getaway any time!
