Greece Visa Application Centre

Besides the chaos outside, the process went really smoothly. We were called to the desk within 5 mins of getting inside the staff is really helpful in making sure everything is in order. We had really friendly service.

We just got our visas for our planned vacation.
Not gonna lie , we had our doubts and we were also worried after reading some of the comments. However, it went extremely well and we received a first class service from this visa center.
Tips and tricks are the same as some people have previously mentioned in details.
Getting an early appointment is better for many reasons .
We were called to the desk at 10 am and by 10.35 am , we could literally leave the place, which is amazing. ( a fam of 3 )

1. Premium lounge: don’t book this option unless you have no other choice, it just cost you extra money, but provide a lot more comfort and some additional services, however, not really necessary.

2. Make sure all your documents are correct and in order ( as the check list provided) to save everyone’s time.

3. Staff is generally friendly.

Last but not least, the visa operator who took us (a Greek lady ) it’s a shame that we couldn’t ask your name ,

Extremely smooth process. Both me and my wife were given one common application id and were both processed in under 30 minutes. The application officer was extremely polite and helped us with our missing documents and asked for alternatives, even helped with the print. I have never been to a better visa office, and I've been to a lot, as I have a weak passport.
Special appreciation note for the amazing staff at the entry gate and reception.

I was a bit nervous when reading the reviews, but my experience was quite positive. The Greek visa section was easy and straightforward. I had some documents missing, which was pointed out and dealt with. The person who handled my papers was really nice and helpful.

I saw some bad reviews before going but at least my experience was quite the opposite to what some people have described. I’ve just had the most professional and efficient experience in this place. All the members of the staff were very helpful. Dimitriv, the one who assisted me with my application was very kind and friendly all along. There is not delay at all in the whole process as long as you have all your documents ready. I arrived at 10:15 and around 11:00 was leaving already. Highly recommended visa centre.

I waited 3.5 hours at the Centre waiting when I will be finally invited to submit my documents. I realised that actually the Visa centre does everything they can in order to provide the best customer experience. If people would come better prepared with the correct list of documents, there wasn't so much queues there. The staff on reception is very friendly and helpful, and the member of staff that accepted my documents for Greece made me feel very welcomed
Also, it's great that there is a water refill station

Book an early appointment (mine was 9 am) and you will have the smoothest of experiences! Lovely staff, efficient, no hiccups.

Booking an appointment was such a hassle as despite checking regularly everyday, it was impossible to find any slots. But once booked and arrived at the centre, things were smoothly handled by Dimitris who was very professional. The whole appointment took around 15 mins and I received my passport back in less than a week.

Had my appointment at 9am and for me it was a seamless experience. I was hesitant after seeing so many negative reviews but I don't have a bad thing to say about my experience. It is virtually impossible to find an appointment online so I would recommend emailing them and they give you an appointment pretty quickly. I recommend thoroughly reading the checklist multiple times to make sure you have everything included. Someone suggested going in the morning results in a better experience and I understand why because I imagine by the end of the day the staff are tired/frustrated. If you go with everything you need then this should be a straight forward process

Booking appointment was difficult but I would recommend to check 1st and 15th day of the month usually the appointments are available on that time, waiting outside like 30 minutes but at the end we recieved our passport in 1 week, all what you should do is to prepare the documents as the checklist

I didn't expect much given the reviews but it's a been a good experience overall. I applied for the Greek visa and staff was friendly and helped me with the documents (it was a small issue with my travel insurance). They do their best, but its a stressful job for them and they get tired towards the end of the day. My advice would be to book early morning appointment (less waiting time + staff is less tired) and triple check you have all documents in order. Also allow minimum 3 weeks before your expected trip to avoid disappointment. My visa was granted for 3 years and it took just over 3 weeks.

Bit confusion on visa applied for eu non Family member. Spouse was easier but dependent non eu mother in law was hectic.
The officer who was taking the application showed so much patience towards me as I was little out of topic.
Seriously was bit unsure to go to the centre as negative reviews.

I would say be polite, have some patience checklist cross check and tk extra copies . You good to go.

The process was quick and I was missing some documents however the lady who attended to me was very patient and kind and gave me so much time to get everything I needed. I felt comfortable and relaxed. The process is much quicker if you have everything required on the checklist

Team is working hard. If you have any small doubt please ask them, they are really very helpful we are really pleased from the service offer from Sir SAMEER KADAM , he is very kind, polite and helpful person. We are thankful for all his efforts.

I was running because I just reached at 5:00pm for my passport collection. Everyone was very accommodating and they were all very very lovely and accepted my late collection.
Went to collect Greece Schengen visa and met a lovely lady who recommended me THE TOKENHOUSE for a pint. I’m in the tokenhouse and it’s lovely here ( picture attached, waiting maybe she comes after work)
