Very helpful, bough a suit from their sister website which was not quite the right fit or colour. They accepted the return with no questions and helped me find a suit which i preferred and measured me up for the perfect fit. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, kind and friendly staff. They gave me some options to choose from depending on what colours I liked and got me fitted for a suit, took some pictures for me so I could decide which one I liked better. And even when I realised the suit was a bit tight on me a few days after buying it, they were more than happy to help me exchange it for a larger size, highly recommend.

One stop shop for all your needs, bought a suit which was the perfect fit, staff very friendly and helpful. Also managed to pick up some thobes for me and the kids at a very competitive price.

Customer service this good is rare. To cut a long story short...

I didn't leave myself enogh time to find a suit for a wedding, ordered online from these guys, quick delivery, a little snug so i exchanged for a larger size...it wouldn't have arrived in time if it were not for the suberb customer care and genuine thoughtfulness of the business.

Correspondance was excellent, never left hanging...they did everything they could to fulfil my exchange rapidly as I was really up against it...they genuinely went above and beyond to deliver the best customer experience I have had in years...oh, and the product is also very nice, will be a continued loyal customer.

We visited the store yesterday and walked away with 2 beautiful suits (1 for husband, 1 for eldest son).
We have visited many suit shops over the years, this however is the first time we have been to a shop that not only knows what they are doing, but are incredibly passionate about it.
There is an amazing array of suits to choose from, in all styles, materials and colours. They even offer a tailoring service e (which are using and they will send the suit on after).
We will definitely go back in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a suit.

In all honesty the shop deserve a 10 star rating. They were so nice and helpful. I believe I spoke to the owner of the shop who is the designer of all the suites, he is very down to earth, nice,helpful and really funny. He helped me get the suit that I wanted and let me leave with a big smile on my face 🤣😅. Truclothing is the best shop to go to, if your looking for a suit no cap 🧢 💯.

Absolute legends, had a mare with wrong size suit and didn't try it on till 2 days before the wedding. Messaged the team at 11pm on a Sunday and got a response right away and they were happy to help and I went in store the next day to get the suit exchanged and the guys were super friendly and sorted everything out woth no dramas.

5 star would recommend to anyone.
