Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre

I am writing to express my utmost appreciation for one of your employees who recently joined the gym. I have been a regular visitor to your facility for the past six years, with some breaks, but I always return because I highly value your gym. Currently, I work out six times a week, and every time I come in, I see this gentleman working.

I want to emphasize that I have never encountered such a dedicated employee before. Everything is always organized and clean, which shows that he genuinely cares about the gym. His commitment and diligence are truly commendable. In my opinion, he is a true gem and deserves special recognition, if not a bonus.

In the six years I have been coming here, I have never seen anyone who puts so much heart and effort into their duties. I am sure his attitude positively impacts all gym users and makes us want to come back.

Amazing! Me and my class had a school trip here and it was so good, very cold, teachers were telling me what to do, but it was so cool! I really like this place, Best swimming area to go to go here right now, 5 stars definitely!!

Spacious and modern facilities. The indoor heated pool is clean and well organized. There are two pools, one for fitness swimming and one for leisurely swimming. The fitness one is divided to slow, medium and fast lanes as well as lanes for swim school. Changing rooms and showers are numerous, spacious and equipped with lockers, hair dryers. It's certainly a great initiative.

I started at the gym over a year ago. I have changed classes to suit me since then but the only class I have not changed since I have started is indoor rowing on a Sunday. Esther gives such a great class every week and I feel the benefits of it. It so good that I tell over members but as there is only 6 spaces by the time they try to book it they are all gone. So glad to finally find somewhere with a group class for rowing! I had no idea what I was doing before and I’m not usually one for classes but this one is just perfect for me and something I can actually stick with and see week on week improvement in. Excellent instructor and a lovely sense of community. Highly recommend if you want to try group classes that teach you about proper form and technique as well as getting you fit.

I popped in to check the facilities with no notice/appointment. I was greeted by Taseann at the entrance, who very kindly showed me all the facilities and answered every question I had, with no rush and a smile in her face. Very impressed!

The centre is equally impressive. It has plenty of facilities, which are all modern and very clean, and the place didn't seem crowded at all on a Thursday morning. I am enrolling after this visit.

I went here for a massage which was excellent, Jordan was very welcoming and had perfect hands!
Kie was great on reception, really helpful and informative. Great first experience, I’ll definitely be back!

Love it good fun burnt lots of energy. Good price I would say. Definitely cheap frills. Some trampoline parks/soft play centres can be cheeky with the prices. It is quite clean and spacious here also. My son loves it here we've visited a few times before now and will continue to come. Soon we will brave a clip & climb which I think is a fantastic feature to have here at the centre.

Went up for the trampoline / Play Park and it was such a success. The kids loved it loads to do for kids if all ages. Very impressed with the facilities and the service. Car park no longer accepts the vouchers but they can be tried in for credit on the app service. The systems are being more actively pushed and are much quicker must you get the hang of using them. The booking service through the app is recommended and is very quick. Only thing I would say this is very expensive one hour cost £18 per for 2 children and 1 adult.

Our table tennis court was double booked when we showed up, so we got a credit on our account including parking for our next booking.

Mistakes can happen but it's how you deal with them that's important. For that reason they get 5 stars for dealing with this error so well.

Very large and multifaceted gym! Very kid friendly with multiple soft play and trampoline park areas. There is a spa and restaurant and large open spaces with tables. Great place for birthday parties, swimming lessons, and more!

Amazing centre!!

Recently became a member and all I can say is the facilities as well as the staff are incredible. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, came here for a tour and the young lady at reception navigated me through the building and helped me sign up. Also, must say the gym is spotless!

The Spa staff are just amazing! My nails never looked better! A good selection of colours as well. I totally recommend them!

The Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre truly lives up to its name! Excellent facilities and a positive atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Julinda and Ruwayda excel in communication. They listen carefully to me and responded clearly, and made me feel valued. They simplified my issue and provided a easy-to-understand solution which is particularly impressive.

I discovered this amazing place and I really recommend if you have children with a lot of energy, there ir perfect for everyone!

Just had another lovely experience at Waltham Forest feel good centre today. Having been a member for a while the centre never fails to create a lovely atmosphere. The fitness classes I attend are always a pleasure and great quality. A wonderful place and lovely staff.

Joined in March and I couldn't even put my head underwater.

Now its May and I'm swimming all the way to the deep end.

If you have any fears or trouble swimming then definitely book a swim doctor lesson.

Your best bet is to ask for Theo if you want to get in the deep end.

Great place to bring your kids and babies swimming too.

Small soft play area. Big trampoline area and also a climbing area. Parking from £1 per hour. Lots of spaces available. They also have swimming, gym etc in there

Really great pool and gym. Gym is well equipped, modern and never crowded. Swimming pool is always good, normally 2-4 to a lane. They also do high diving courses for kids and adults.

Like some others, my main wish is that they enforced the no shoes in the swimming changing rooms, on weekends it's full of parents walking around the changing rooms with their muddy outdoor shoes on, which makes the floors in that area a bit gross. For the facilities as a whole, I still give it 5 stars as it's an outstanding leisure centre.
