Both are professional and have a good humorous side to them! Would like to say that Phil goes above and beyond to fit us in his schedules due to our tight time frames, so you can really rely on Phil and the team for that.

I've worked with Phil for over 9 years and always found him and his team super helpful! They are friendly, and work hard to make sure they find you the best possible deals (mortgage, insurance etc.) suited to your needs, and really take the hassle away. I heard buying a house can be stressful but have found Steve, Katherine and Phil so friendly and helpful its made the whole process easy. Steve was great at explaining all the stuff to me and made everything so clear I've never had to worry about anything. I don't normally leave reviews at all. But Phil and his team and Henden Financial really stand out from the rest. Our whole process was not straight forward and Phil was constantly on top and watching our progress. Offering his opinion, thoughts and suggestions on Mortgages as well as the house buying/selling process. As I've only ever done it once I didn't know what to expect. Phil was able to help point me in the right direction both about the process and mortgages. He even managed to reapply and get me an even lower rate as my purchase/sale took so long! I've had a mortgage advisor in the past and all they simply did was fill out form and very robotic. This was very personalised and very attentive service. Thanks again Phil and Katherine!
