Had my insurance with A-plan for several years. Their pricing is quite competitive but even if it's slightly more I will stay with them for the amazing customer service. Always helpful and go the extra mile for their customers.

I called at 8:30am, asking for a car insurance quote. No claims, no convictions and a Nissan Juke - standard quote basically. I called 7 hours later to chase this quote and it still wasn't ready. I called the Farnborough branch who told me the price immediately. If I had walked into the branch asking for a quote, would I be told to come back in 7 hours? Back in the A-Plan days this wouldn't be acceptable...and I know because I worked there. What's worse is I was lied to and told it was being referred to 'in-house underwriting' which isn't the case at all, Farnborough branch confirmed it was not the case. Shame
