He offered help and answered any questions and explained things fully, including the options available and the fees. Making a Will isn’t the most pleasant thing to do but after speaking to Glen Palmer of Clarity Wills made us realise how very important it is. Arranging a time for a team member to contact us both in the comfort of our home made it very easy and stress free (with even a few jokes and banter thrown in). We had an initial conversation with one of their friendly team where we gave our basic details such as name, dob etc. He advised us of the cost and booked us in for a telephone consultation for a few days later.
