Needed engagement ring of 21 years widened as wore thin over the years at the back and made bigger and cleaned. With wedding band also cleaned. Very impressed. Not only were the rings ready to collect within the week but like new again. Quite overwhelmed with the professionalism and the way my rings are again. Thank you for a fantastic service!

A beautiful new engagement ring designed and made from an old Victorian diamond ring. Time given and advice for wedding rings. A damaged eternity ring made to look like new including replacing a missing stone. A precious old locket mended and refurbished and a charm bracelet reorganised with some charms added plus one charm made out of old cufflinks. A good price given for old gold without being at all pushy. Emma gave a lot of time and advice. Every job has been so beautifully done. A professional and friendly team. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing experience with Emma. We worked together to design my wedding ring to fit around my engagement ring. They made it from gold that I brought in and added diamonds. We've used L.Guess for so many important pieces....engagement ring, wedding ring and recently for some repairs to a variety of jewellery.
Everytime I've visited the store the team are friendly, helpful and patient.
Emma helped me with some family jewellery repairs including a very basic but sentimental bracelet and it's come back looking better than new. As well as that a very old engagement ring that needy a fiddly repair that I didn't expect to be possible and again is better than I remember it ever being.

Basically, make the journey and choose a family run independent company, it's worth it. They know what they're doing and you can trust them with the important stuff.

Emma couldn’t have been more helpful. I had some gold chain earrings of my mothers very precious to me. Want a more robust leaver arch type fitting for them as repeatedly loosing them. She thought outside the box and came back with a perfect solution. Couldn’t be more delighted 😀

I took in 3 rings one of which was my mother’s engagement ring. They repaired 2 of the rings and using 3diamonds from my mother’s original engagement ring that was broken have remade an exact replica. I was thrilled with the work that was done and Mandy was very helpful and friendly as were all her staff.

I took a badly made ring from another jewellers, and they completely remade it for me, and it is beautiful, so professionally done, l was more than happy.
And the staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable, thank you so much .

I took my daughter (age 16) to get her ears pierced for the first time. She's terrified of needles and can be really nervous about pain but Charlotte was amazing with her. She went at my daughters pace and was really calm and professional. There was a great selection of earrings to choose from and we were given a bottle of aftercare solution along with aftercare advice.

What a great experience I have had in the Rustington branch with Emma in my last two visits.
I came to L Guess to have my beautiful cherished wedding rings cut off due to my fingers severely swelling up and not being able to remove them.
Emma definitely new her stuff and was amazing from start to finish on both occasions (the first visit she removed one which brought great pain releif but as the swelling did not reduce enough I returned the next day to have the second ring removed).
Emma was very confident in doing what needed to be done while limiting the damage to my jewellery and most of all the safety of my finger.
Emma was very professional and made me feel at ease, saving my finger from more permanent damage.
This service was offered free of charge and was greatly appreciated.

After having a bad experience resizing my wedding rings with another local jeweller many years ago, I will happily consider handing my rings over to the team for inhouse repairs with full confidence.
