I've used VFS in the past, who were fine but thought I'd try a new place.

Elena contacted me straight away. She was super responsive whenever I had a question and advised me on the form filling-in process. My main concern was that I wouldn't get it completed in time for it to be submitted but that wasn't an issue at all. Elena was always professional, patient and beyond helpful. I had to add some last minute information and she offered to help me with it and it was no hassle at all.
I just dropped my application off this morning and the whole process took 15 minutes and I was totally at ease knowing all my documentation was in order. All thanks to Elena's professionalism!

Wasnt expecting much, as I had serious issues with similar companies. Had the most pleasant experience! I already gave up on my travel plans but these guys literally saved it. It’s my second time using this agency, the service are excellent, I got my first multi entrance visa within a period of 5 working days, and my second within 9 working days. They’re a bit more expensive than other agencies but their quality deserves the price. Definitely recommended. Elena is the best, thank you.

I'm really pleased with the service they offer and I would recommend them 100%. I was a little bit worried at first because I found them online however they were super fast with replying my emails. Especially Elena helped me a lot with the application process. The only bad thing was that they informed me a little bit late saying some of my documents need to be changed but I guess that was fine as I was able to get them quickly. I got my schengen visa in 3 working days after I gave my biometrics, which I believe would be impossible without them. So a big thank you to Anyvisa!!

Very good service, the whole process took less than a week, and the stuff is professional and helpful. Didnt even know that I would not need to show up if I have a visa issued in the past 15 month. Very happy!

I couldn't get an early appointment date with TLS but I have already booked hotel and train tickets. Luckily TLS emailed me to contact some accredited agencies of which AnyVisa was one. Service was very personalized based on nationality and I got to talk to Sergei who handled all my queries patiently and informed me of the earliest slot they had with TLS. Submitted some information on their website They promptly emailed me back regarding submission of documents, and confirmation of appointment. Elena patiently checked my documents, corrected them (had to get new ID pics and travel insurance) and I showed up on the day of my biometrics on the 20th. Got my visa on the 24th (They emailed me to inform me that it was ready for pick up).
