Premier Inn Bagshot hotel

I stayed at this premier in as I was visiting the three Merlin attraction theme parks, it's a good location to all three and very easy to get to, I opted for the full English breakfast (which is unlimited) and it was very tasty along with the continental breakfast that you can choose bits from. The room we got in was very clean; it had a tea station, a tv and a hair dryer as well as a nice bath shower combo. The staff were all friendly and helpful as well.

Overall it's a very nice hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast.

While an older building, and on a very busy road the rooms where nice, big, cool and very clean. Restaurant staff just a little too laid back for me to be completely honest. Food excellent though.

Convenient place free parking which is always welcome staff was friendly food was not great but eatable

We booked breakfast as walk ins. We didn't stay in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite. The service was excellent and the food was very good. Plenty of continental choices as well as ordering from the menu. Gluten and lactose alternatives available as well as vegan. It was a pleasurable experience and would definitely recommend it.

As this Premier inn was one of the oldest we have stayed in , there was no air-con , but the staff did supply us with a large fan, it was a Standard family room with four of us in . The temperature was 29 degrees in the room ! which was no good as it just moved the hot air around. I must say the standard was as expected from a premier , good beds , tea /coffee access to more condiments were easy accessible. The high light for us was The Cricketers restaurant. A great evening meal beautifully cooked by the chef, and breakfast , the staff were busy but attentive at both sittings . Really friendly and chatty . the main reason you received a 5 star rating.
If our climate is changing you really must do something about air conditioning or units for the rooms. That is my only issue.

Looks a bit grim from the outside, but that's the only bad thing I can say about this place. Ample parking. Receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very clean, spacious, well-equipped. I thought noise might be an issue being so close to a busy road, but the windows blocked out all the noise. It was quite warm and there was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided. Great place, highly recommended.
There is also a Beefeater connected to the hotel which is convenient.

Stayed here the night before a flight to Vienna. Staff really lively both in the hotel and restaurant. Rooms were spotless and modern. Far more comfortable than the place we stayed in in Vienna and that was 4 times the price!

Stopped for lunch ,and can say my wife and I got to enjoy one of the best steak meals ever ,surf and turf for the wife sirloin steak king prawns and calamari cooked to perfection I treated myself to the T bone and it was cooked just as I asked just over medium rare . Excellent lunch served by a very pleasant staff will definitely be back

Standard Premier Inn in a pleasant location with all in order in the clean rooms. Good place to stay for weekend getaways and within easy travelling time & distance to London, Windsor etc. The Beefeater is ideal for breakfast and evening meals, the car park is spacious and everything is to the high standards you would expect from this hotel chain. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Heard there were noise issues from other guests, but have had no issues whatsoever when we have stayed here. Excellent room deals are available when booking well in advance.

Bed was so comfortable, room was spotless and staff were so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend booking a meal at the restaurant attatched to the hotel..the cricketers.
Everything in one place which was ideal and quiet too!
Would definately stay again if i'm in the area

Just staying at this premier in ate at the beef eater was served by Sammy she was amazing even when my partners steak was inedible .she apogised and the chef quickly cooked a replacement which was beautifully cooked . Not very often you get exceptional service like this .they deserve a mention to head office and a commendation or a mention when they have a team talk Thank-you Sammy you was amazing 👏

Great value for money. Good sized comfortable room with good facilities. (USB wall sockets a nice touch) Location perfect for access to the M3 for London/South West or for access to Legoland, Ascot etc. The attached Beefeater was great. Would use again if back in the area.

We had a great night's sleep here. It was all clean & staff were helpful & professional. Check in was smooth, check out was easy. Would definitely book again.

Very comfortable, nice room with everything I needed. I ate in the adjoining beefeater restaurant and had really tasty food. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed one night as was close to the venue we were visiting for an evening party. Rooms were nice. Clean and tidy.

Food was very tasty with very cheap prices. £70 for three course meal and drinks for 7 people. Service could have been slightly quicker but no problems apart from that.

The best Beefeater we have been to. We'll done to all the staff who made our visit so enjoyable. We'll done.
