Sent my car in a for a service. On the way home, the check engine light came on. The car is 17 years old so it's not a surprise.
I took the car back to Regent the next day and they resolved the issue for free with no quibbling. Great service and I would highly recommend.
(They also changed my automatic transmission fluid and the car runs like a dream now)

Really helpful receptionist, good prices even with price rises. Very honest mechanics, showed us the before and after of the spark plugs and air filter for full service. Have been going for years. Best call them to check if the car is ready, otherwise be prepared to do some shopping at the nearby Aldi.

Recently went here for a service, tyre change and tracking as well as gear lever replacement. They have done a great job on my car and I will definitely be returning for all my future MOTs, services and all things car related.

Shanaz and her team were very friendly and accommodating. One of the repairs didn't go to plan to start with and although a lot of time was spent fixing this they were very considerate and charged me reasonably which I really appreciate.

I should have provided this review a long time ago as I have used this garage for a few years now. Since the moment I received such great service from day 1, I haven’t gone elsewhere. The team are friendly and reliable and most importantly of all HONEST. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I have recommended them to everyone and anyone. I have been in such tricky situations with my car battery and my tyres and every time I call them they come to my rescue. They never ask me to leave feedback or a review but I truly feel they deserve more! THANK YOU so much Farhan and your team.

Used Regent's a few times and have always been professional and competitive with their prices. They won't charge for work you don't need so honesty is a big factor. Would highly recommend.

We have been relying on Regents Tyres and exhausts for many years and found them to be friendly efficient and good value, on a recent occasion where we needed an expert appraisal regarding the condition of the air-conditioning on a vehicle we had just purchased Regents Tyres were happy to oblige with a report which helped us enormously in recovering our costs from the dealer who had sold us the faulty vehicle

Shocking day, phoned around and they gave a decent price, but best bit got there ready to hand over £200 for new brakes, he checked it and fixed it for free! ‘You don’t need new brakes just some grease got at least 70/80% left!’ Honest nice people! Thanks

Excellent, Garrage. Lovely Staff and top class service. The are very genuine and have always provided me fair price, I drive 15 miles to garrage just so that I can get my car serviced and looked at by them. I would absolutely recomend them.

I’m not an expert on cars, but my car broke and I thought the problem was quite serious because it would cut out and shudder. Also, there were a number of problem lights showing up on the dashboard. I had taken it to a number of other garages who had quoted me their prices and said different things. Regents Tyres quoted me the best price and fixed my car by the end of the day. They were transparent and thoroughly professional throughout the process. My car was performing perfectly after I took it and has been since. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend ! 3 call out mechanics couldn’t fix my problems until I went to this garage and Sabby dealt with the problem straight away and did then job he promised. They have very good customer service and Aunty was also a very good help too. Ask for Sabby when you go there, he’ll have your car back on road in no time.

Been coming to this garage for years. The staff always go above a beyond for there customers. Always reasonable with there prices and always make you feel comfortable. The staff will always help you out no matter what and always gets the jobs done at a high standard. Whatever problem I have with my car I know regent tyres will fix it.
