There isn't enough patience in the world for this pharmacy. I was told my prescription would be ready by Friday. I arrive to pick it up Friday afternoon and they've not even ordered it in. Given every excuse except for just a plain 'sorry'
I am now left without my medication for a whole weekend due to their incompetence. This is the final straw, I have no more patience, I will move pharmacy.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacy's I've ever encountered have to use it as my prescriptions from the surgery next door goes straight to them.
Avoid if you can

Total waste of space! Requested my repeat prescription which was delivered with items missing! When I questioned this with the chemist they made out I was at fault when in reality THEY were at fault for missing it out. I put this request in 3 weeks ago and their reply - it will be ready AFTER Christmas. Now correct me if I’m wrong but if it was THEIR mistake then the least they could do is to get my medication to me without further delay! Now I am left in pain with missing pain killers over Christmas due to no fault of my own - Disgusting! My advice....Go somewhere else!

Words fail me in this place. They got an automated system in place to pick your prescription so it should be quicker and easier. Oooooo no average wait for your medication is approx 30/40 mins and that is if there isn't anyone there.there seems to be loads of staff there but by no means is that making your prescription being processed any quicker.
The pharmacist just stands there as if he is conducting a orchestra but very badly.
I'd rather get my prescription and go to Asda to get it.
Shocking service

The staff here are very friendly and helpful but getting through on the telephone is a nightmare I've just spent 40 minutes as number 2 in the queue might have just drawn the short straw think i might have broken a record 3x 20 minutes calls and was third in the que time i don't believe it never got an answer

Useless unhelpful wast of time go elsewhere used to be so good with old owners
