Morrisons

I love Morrisons, I can get all my shopping in one go, lovely fresh veg, good choice of meats and the only fish counter I know of, I have bought a lot of fish here, always get good friendly service and advice. And, if you are on time limits don't cook have a bite to eat in thier cafe, worth trying.
Today is the 26th July 2024, for the first time we stopped to have a bit of lunch, the order machine was out of order, no problem I hate those things anyway, my husband had his usual, you must be starting to see a pattern here, ha ha, yes, he had fish and chips, he said it was excellent, I was only peckish so had bacon and a runny egg roll, I requested the runny egg, it was beautiful, plenty of bacon and a lovely soft egg, soft roll beautiful.
To re iterate from before, definitely worth a try.

Don't be put off by the prices cheaper is not always the best.. Different choices but value for money.. Lots of choice food on offer.. Doesn't attract a younger audience for some reason.?

Fantastic service in Morrisons, I went in for a few bits and peices, I am visually impaired and use a white cane, when I was searching for a till, a self service lady came over to me and said would you like me to put that through for you sir. She took the shopping from and and put all the products through and helped me with my card and then packed everything away for me and then asked are you OK to get back to the car, I said yes thank you so much for your help.

What a service.

Had breakfast although coffee machine was broke ,and shortage of staff , one lady on her own

We're on holiday in the area used the store to put fuel in the car. Used shop for some alcohol to have with a bbq as it was a couple of miles from the caravan site we were staying on. The prices were similar to the other supermarkets.

Very nice store, lots of room and spacious. I liked the layout of the salad bar, all looked fresh and tasty. Good variety of lines for products, clean and tidy isles. We liked the cafe also, modern touch screen ordering table service! Staff were polite.

Only downers were customer service was unstaffed, so I was unable to redeem my points to temp. card after waiting for 5 minutes, and low variety of pesto in pasta isle.

Everything else was good.

Staff here are always happy and chatty. I really feel sorry for the staff that put the discounted fruit and veg out in the evening! They are mobbed by a waiting gang of greedy locals who don't let anyone past or even let the staff put the reduced goods on the shelves. They're not going to eat 4 boxes of fruit salad before midnight. By the size of some of them you'd swear they'd never eaten a fruit salad (not without chips anyway!).
I digress; lovely store, lovely staff, reasonable prices and always clean and tidy

Always like shopping here like fruit and veg department along with cooked meat section butchers if these sections were not available would probably shop at a store nearer

A good supermarket with a big choice of goods. A supermarket refreshing.

Only went there for breakfast sunday morning. Ordered via app, food arrived quickly, server this morning was a star performer. Sorry didn't get his name. Tables were very clean, and the food good. Well done!

Had an afternoon tea in the cafe. £12 for two people . It was excellent. No pork pie but substituted fresh chips which were heavenly. To much to eat so took the scones and clotted cream home. Jeanette our cafe lady went out of her way. Friendly and lovely. Highly recommend!

my go to supermarket, no Tesco club cards here prices are as they should be.

Fresh everything you need

5p per litre off fuel & petrol still £1.51 {today} in Trostre - not like Carmarthen where they have upped the price of petrol.

This is a great store! It is large and well stocked and also has a petrol station onsite. Located just off the southern end of the A4138, it is very convenient for those entering/leaving the town and traveling upon the M4 motorway.

Love shopping at Morrisons. Great deals, quality and value for money

Often have great deals and the morrisons brand food is really nice. The staff are helpful and polite. The range of products they have are vast the fresh counters are always nice and one big benefit is buying fuel takes 2 days to clear as a rule so only costing £1 when scraping the barrel before pay day.

I popped in to the cafe for a quick lunch after a visiting Burry port.
Food was its usual good quality and the staff amazing as ever.
Didn't realise how much I missed popping in there... So happy to be able too.
