Really nice range and low prices. I even managed to find this pack of teabags with 440 in it. That'll last me a year! There was one lonely cup noodle by the original maker of cup noodles (Japanese nissin) so I got that too.

Visit every week, on one occasion was behind two old farts who said to the young lad serving, "Have you worked here long?" He replied yes a few months.
To which they replied "well you should be quicker!"
For starters, they didn't pack their shopping, he did!!!!
The poor lad just took it and didn't react.
In all the trips I've done there the young lads on the till who let's be honest are probably only on min wage are polite, helpful and a credit to the store.

Very good food good variety the lasagne at £1 is prob the best frozen lasagne going ...over all enjoy shopping here and trying different foods ...Iceland a very good brand of shops

I managed to buy everything on my list. A really nice assistant helped me find an item I just couldn't. Very quick through the tills with not much of a queue.

I’m needing to mention this FABULOUS 18 year old called ASHLEY from this store .
Back in June 26th to be precise .
My home delivery was early by 26 minutes the driver was so rude to me and my shopping was left on my doorstep which I told him not to do as it was a hot day .
I got home to no shopping for me and my 3 children even though the status said delivered and paid for , Ahhhhh.
Then I emailed a Malcolm Walker no reply and the help @ customer services no reply .
I also then called the called the store and spoke to Ashley as no manager was available.
He was Calm , He was understanding, He was Sympathetic to what had happened .
For an 18 year old he showed more professionalism then most people in higher positions.

I love Iceland, great value for money,in particular I love the value on there steaks!...I wouldn't shop anywhere else!..I enjoy the interaction with staff,but I also enjoy comparing prices with other supermarkets....in my view Iceland is the best!!!

Full freezer's, staff on hand too help, bargains galore, great experience, I challenge anyone to enter the store with a list and not to leave with extra buys.
