5 star review for absolutely outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for the 2 x gentleman who were so welcoming and made us feel immediately welcome and like locals. They even went was far to secure us camper van parking for the night and have us some wonderful local recommendations for our trip.

The food was nice and the atmosphere was lovely.

Would definitely return and recommend!

Really nice place to eat, tables were nicely laid out and the outside space is lovely with a really nice view. All the food brought out to various customers all looked fab and tasty, I had roast dinner and it was really good. The staff were really friendly and chatty and the service was amazing. I was served by Olly, we spoke about timpson and how much he enjoyed working there.

What a great improvement from their sister establishment the Oyster Catcher. Good food, great team and a lovely venue.

Nice selection of beers including some local cask ales and service was excellent. Nicely decorated inside but the day was nice enough to sit on the outside deck area that has views of the sea and distant mountains. Massive beer garden with lots of seating so we had no problems finding a comfortable place to enjoy a couple of beers and relax.

Absolutely brilliant place, they have it all covered.
The food is excellent, there is a large selection of drinks and the views are stunning.
The staff have been lovely every time we went. (we came back a few times as it was so nice).
The whole pub is really nicely decorated and the terrace is so nice, when it's warm enough.
It is off the beaten track but is well worth a visit.

Excellent place to eat, food is spot on. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Very good selection of food and well presented. Well worth a visit if you're in the area, to be honest. It's worth a trip out, make a day of it and visit the lovely island of Anglesey. Thanks very much to the staff for a lovely meal

We were visiting Holyhead for the tour de mon cycle event and were looking for some good vegan food the night before the event. Found this pub that served some great vegan options. The atmosphere was relaxed and cosy, with friendly staff that knew the menu's vegan options well. The marking on the menu for vegan was PB (short for plant based).
We had the Fallafel main, which came with delicious beetroot hummus & the chocolate orange mouse dessert that was sublime.
Out waiter was Aidan and he was very happy to go and ask the chef (Maj) about the ingredients of the menu to see if dishes could be vegan ified. Sticky toffee pudding is one of my favs, so if ever you can do a vegan option I am sure it would be super popular.

Lovely find. After a long hard trek from Trearddur bay. Coastal path. Lovely friendly staff. I got the seafood chowder. With bread. Absolutely gorgeous. Wife got profiteroles. Again gorgeous. The weather was glorious. Sat outside. Beautiful place. Highly recommended. 👍

Stunning visually. Great sitting out area if weather permits. Food was excellent. You can tell they have a good training program as the young staff were spot on in customer service... Attentive but not overbearing.

Absolute gem of a restaurant!

Dog friendly throughout, excellent food, great parking, friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect location for food followed by a stroll down the beach!

We enjoyed the fish and chips and the beef burger but did suffer FOMO watching everyone else tuck into their roasts! Next time we visit we will definitely have to try the lamb roast!!

Lovely pub - Perfect for grabbing that pint/food after a good day climbing at Gogarth or rhoscolyn… we had a late day climbing on Saturday, called our friends who had made it to the White Eagle on time to order us some food and the staff were very accommodating- keeping the food warm in the kitchen for us, encouraging us to sit down and bringing us a beer whilst we ate. Very friendly staff, really nice food, nice beers, nice pub interior + exterior seating if it’s nice weather! If only there were more White Eagles in the world!

Didn't eat here but menu looked good. Beer was excellent! Arrived just after opening so can't comment on atmosphere. Views from decking were amazing. Plenty of tables and also a big garden as well. Great pub.

Me and my partner visited on Saturday night with our dog. We’ve been a couple of times and it’s always spot on, but last night was really special. Thank you so much to all the staff at the White Eagle. Food was incredible, and the service was fantastic from all the team. Best thing is how dog friendly it was. We got our pup one of the pooch diners (absolutely love that they have this option) and he wolfed it down. All of the staff fussed him and he even had a waggy tail award. As someone who’s dog is their world, this meant so much! Thank you for a really great evening, I can’t recommend this place enough!

What a amazing place for food, we just turned up without booking a table (It's was a Monday night) other nights might be different (down a narrow lane) but well worth it, very warm welcome and friendly. Food was amazing with a good choice of local products something for everyone 😋. View is fantastic from verandah. Fantastic beach close by.
We went back for a 2nd visit and that was even better.

Great place for food or a drink.
Lovely building and has been kept in a great condition.
The food is really nice and at an acceptable price for the area.
The outside decking area is very relaxing and lovely when the sun's out.
Dog friendly and slightly tucked away, which adds to the charm.
