Amazing customer service from tonight’s team! Really appreciate your help.

Would recommend the pharmacy as I have used it a couple of times to pick up nhs and private prescriptions; and today I was able to fill my prescriptions just in time to travel!

My Dad needed emergency medication for the morning as another pharmacy didn't have the prescription ready during the day. Sorted swiftly amazing service

Good service always there to help lots of staff. They are willing to discuss medication and they help out when you don’t understand things I have always gone to this pharmacy and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Needed to get some medication after out of hour (10:00pm) emergency consultation with a GP. This was the only pharmacy which was open til 12:00am within 10miles radius. Luckly the required medication was in stock aswell. Thanks to the Pharmasist and Staff for keeping it open til late. Need more pharmasists like them to be open late night or even better 24hr service.

For a local pharmacy to open till midnight 365 days a year is great for the community. Accessible and well stocked. The shelves are neatly organised, shop is well lit. The service is also good.

Have been to this pharmacy a number of times. A rather busy branch, waiting doesn't matter to me.

What does matter is how the pharmacy runs;

1. When the ladies are working the branch runs and operates flawlessly

2. When the men run the show in that branch they are appalling

I visited this pharmacy last night and have to say that it is very nicely kitted out. The member of staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

First time for a private prescription. Extremely helpful on the phone and collected medication on the same day.

Always very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is always very neat and tidy. They offer a wide range of services and I have had a private blood test done here and got the results the next day when I couldn't get an appointment with my GP. Very convenient as they are open til midnight and I had to collect an emergency prescription which was already done up for me. Great service overall.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I fell at home on Saturday evening and cut my face. Rather than attending A&E I visited the pharmacy at 10.30pm. They cleaned the wound and applied 3 butterfly stitches. They couldn't have been nicer and I really appreciate their help.

I'm so glad this closes at 12 am. 111 clinician ended up sending my prescription somewhere else. The lovely lady at the counter took my NHS number and gave my medication. I double-checked with them their closing time. Still close at 12am

Been going here for 3yrs . Fantastic service staff are always willing to help and always quick easy collection of my prescriptions and warm welcome. I also used there blood test service and it was easy and very fast results and professionally done. Fantastic staff and pharmacy also do other health checks which I recommend. Excellent, Family run local pharmacy. Have used Fairlop pharmacy for my repeat asthma medication since they have opened, some 7+ years. Reliable and Efficient, and polite staff. Open until midnight which is helpful. Neat and well organised inside.

Was stuck with knowing what meds interact for my newborn on a weekend so couldn't call docs. Pharmacist was very helpful over the phone giving the advise needed. Quicker to get advise from pharmacist than the GP nowadays!

I have been using this pharmacy since it opened. They have helped me so much. Open till midnight every day of the year. Nina is so lovely. They go above and beyond to help. I won't go anywhere else. This pharmacy has saved my life. As I have a few different health issues. Can't thank them enough. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Brilliant service!! Got a poorly toddler at home and the prescription that 101 sent went missing. I called the Fairlop Pharmacy and quoted a number for a digital prescription and it was ready by the time I got there. Thank you so much

Wonderful pharmacy. The staff go out of their way to help you and are very well stocked at reasonable prices. So nice to be able to support a local pharmacy and the opening hours make it very useful!
