1. Bad service. No hot water on the first day when I move in and the person in charge, called Laura, is irresponsible and could not solve this issue timely. I also asked for a firm pillow at 13:21 on Friday, which is normal working hour and the person in charge never responds. Their soft pillows gave me neck pain for three days.

2. Bad location. Even though I asked for a room with tranquility, they gave a room facing a construction site. This is just unacceptable.
