Global Geckos

I absolutely love Will and his team @ global geckos, having purchased 2 chameleons from them and the endless food bills I have for them 🤣🤣 and ever growing enclosure changes Will and his team are always there to offer their support. They are all extremely knowledgeable and very happy to go above and beyond in helping anyone should they need advise or aftercare and all of there animals are very healthy and beautifully cared for, this is definitely my favourite go to reptile shop.

I was going to get my first crested gecko. I had a lot of questions and the workers explained everything really well and in detail.

The workers explained what we needed, what it's better to have and even showed us the geckos they have.

Also, I was confused about where to get my crested gecko from a good environment and so they were born there to make sure the gecko is healthy. The shop was very experienced from my point of view and apparently all the crested geckos were born there. So I reserved one for when my enclosure was ready and I am really pleased 😄.

Overall, I really loved the service there. I loved it and everyone explained everything and I thought of it as a very nice and friendly environment. So I have to say a big thank you to them.

Brought home our 1st African fat tail gecko officially named Little Bean. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Great shop with amazing animals, we are very happy with our gecko and feel more confident after a good few chats with staff about some advice on her care.

Drove almost 2 hours to come to this store as it had always interested me. Upon arrival customer service was amazing with all staff very knowledgable and friendly. The whole shop and the tanks are presented well and they are very knowledgable on any questions you may ask. Highly recommend a visit, did not disappoint.

By far the best reptile shop I have ever been to. We have bought our baby crested gecko from them alongside with all his setup. Although we don’t live that close we often go back there for crickets and our kids love to admire all the beautiful reptiles. The shop itself is fairly small but have a huge selection of healthy and happy animals and lots of lovely plants. Great selection of live food. Staff are very friendly and highly knowledgeable and always happily answer all of our questions. Highly recommend them for all your reptile needs!

What a wonderful buying experience I had hear. Knowledgeable staff put my mind at ease and were super kind. Took the time after they had made the sale to demonstrate the size my snake would get to and show me lots of examples. Great advice and a good care sheet with my royal python. Can't recomend enough

Ordered Large Crested Gecko Plant Bundle on a 24hr Delivery service. However the parcel company delayed the delivery from Friday to Monday. At the time the temp was very cold and when they arrived they were in awful condition. Spoke to the team here about what i should do to help the plants and they agreed to replace them for free. unreal stuff would highly recommend.

Very informative and helpful. I was looking for my first bearded dragon. I was shown about 6/7 dragons before I selected the one I liked the best. A good selection of crickets and locusts. Unfortunately, because of the coronavirus we wasn't able to go in the shop but everything looked clean and tidy.

Ordered the bioactive large kit. The plants arrived well packaged and healthy. The clean up crew were lively which was good to see. Well worth it for the price. I always order my plants from here.

I have purchased both livestock and accessories ever since the shop opened. Will, the owner, is an expert in his field and has taught me everything I need to know about the care of my reptiles, arachnids and amphibians. His staff are friendly, helpful and have the knowledge to help the experienced and inexperienced look after their specimens correctly and carefully. The shop is full of unusual creatures, most of which are home bred, and are beautifully cared for.
I highly recommend Global Geckos, Will and his staff.

Really helpful, sensible starter kits and great range of livestock, accessories and plants. Given good advice for my bearded dragon, hooked me on snakes and helped with a new tortoise. Also been able to ask questions via Facebook. I'll be sure to use them when I need anything.

I visit this shop every week, it's the best! Great staff, although I usually deal with the boss, I have found everyone there very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for anything reptile related.

Great shop. Staff are patient with you. Best selection of plants I have ever seen in a reptile store which is fantastic for making bio active vivariums. Reasonable prices. Good selection of animals. I've never seen half dead live food containers yet either which is good.

Nice little independent reptile shop we highly knowledgeable staff. I asked loads of questions about crested geckos, and nothing seemed too much trouble, I gave them plenty of opportunity to oversell me, but they didn't, and everything was about the pets welfare. We are hopefully going back soon to buy a poisen dart frog for my daughter, as I learned (in this shop) that they get their toxins from their food in the wild, so captive ones aren't toxic. 10/10 :)
