Stanley Arms

Some very friendly regulars, we were bought a drink by a stranger and we left one behind the bar for him!! Service was a bit slow due to it being busy but other than that we enjoyed it.

Great pub, full of characters

I've been here a few times on pub crawls etc and have found each experience to be generally very good. Atmosphere is fine, relaxed and good natured. Pricing is fair and the bar staff are very pleasant: serving quickly and with a warm smile and a bit of banter. What more could you ask for! :) I'd have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Cheapest beer in town very friendly customers

I was on route to work when my car broke down. Fortunately it broke down next to the pub! The regulars helped to push my car to a safe place so as not to cause an obstruction in the road. The bar-lady got me a coffee and was most friendly. Everyone in the pub where really friendly. I would definitely visit again; but preferably under better circumstances!
I have huge gratitude for all that helped me.

Great pub with good value drinks and always a warm welcome. This pub changed hands a few months ago and is really back to its best run by a lovely couple. The place is busy with karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays

Typical British locals pub. Not many pubs cheaper than spoons these days but this is. Good location and frequented by locals.

Great pub ,Finally we have got it back ! With new landlords Tom and Cheri at the helm, All drinks are well kept and well priced. Rif raf not tolerated, Starting food very soon.
Well worth a visit.

Great pub on a Friday night out with friends with karaoke and very friendly staff who remember what you have ordered previously at the bar.

Low key, chilled and good prices - very handy if you're staying at the Mill and looking for a game of pool or two.
