Highly recommended! first time to have dinner with my family , we all had an amazing experience with the food at the restaurant. Absolutely delicious and will definitely have next time. Thanks for the staff/team ,serving us well nicely. Chefs were wonderful, cooking quality food with passion. Restaurant decorations were great. Perfect!

We went for a meal last night, and got to say the food was excellent. Really well presented, but tasted amazing. This has always been a great pub, credit to the chief and staff, we will be coming back for Sunday lunch!

Last night's family gathering was a culinary adventure! Each dish was a revelation, bursting with unexpected flavor combinations and cooked to perfection. It was like our taste buds were on a trip around the world, with every bite a new and exciting discovery. From the incredibly juicy seafoods to the melt-in-your-mouth dessert, it was a symphony of deliciousness. The staff, too, were fantastic, adding to the wonderful experience.

Absolutely will visit here again soon.

First time in a while we‘ve been back since the owners changed for Friday night birthday dinner. The food was absolutely amazing! Big compliments to the chef!

Wow. My partner and I were out in the Leicestershire countryside enjoying the sunshine and decided we wanted a bite to eat. We charged upon a sign to the Queen's Head so decided to give it a go. What a great experience this was. It doesn't look much from the outside but once you get inside there's plenty of space and it has been wonderfully refurbed making it a relaxing and attractive place to spend time. And then the food. Wow. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. We'll definitely go back there again.

OH MY WORD. I’ve had two events one Sunday after the other.

One a sit down meal which just blew all 30 of us away. Food was delicious service was incredible . Sam being the Manager was on top of it all attention to detail was fabulous.

Sunday after we had a buffet for nearly 30 people, what struck me on walking into the room is how the tables were laid out. You didn’t feel like you were on separate tables everyone could hold a conversation it was just perfect.

Holly came in on arrival introducing herself she would be looking after us for our special occasion, boy did she nail it again attention to detail .

What was nice is all the staff were in and out making sure our needs were met, but they weren’t intrusive you didn’t realise they were there.

If you’re looking for somewhere just for lunch or a special occasion look no further this place is just perfect.

Treated a party of 8 for a Sunday lunch/birthday bash. One of our party is gluten free which can be a problem, the staff were very good with the way they advised them, very impressive. All the staff were very good. The food was lovely and there was a good selection, drinks were very nice, the environment was very pleasant, the delivery of the birthday cake was great (and nicely embarrassing for the birthday teenager) a little bit expensive but hay ho, have had no problem recommending this establishment.

Stayed over last night. OMG the service, the food and the experience was first class. Room and Location was lovely too. Awesome landlady Samantha, made the stay enjoyable with an excellent level of service. Quality breakfast, better than most 5* hotels.
The rest of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Lovely people, excellent place.
