De La Creme Fashions has been amazing to work with and they have stunningly beautiful coats for very reasonable prices. The quality is great, and the look is classy and timeless. Plus - their customer service is absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend this company and their products. 5 stars in my opinion!

Very happy - I bought a lovely military-style coat off De LaCreme but accidentally ordered size 8 instead of 16! I sent it back (which was easy as they have a form which you can fill in, and also complete something online) and they were really cool about it and followed it up and I got to deal with an actual human being (try doing that on Amazon!). The coat is really stylish and very well made. I would recommend them and will buy from them again, and I feel it is good to buy stuff from smaller, UK-based companies 😀

I had a problem with delivery. Not De La Creme's fault at all, and Jay sorted this out for me immediately. That aside the coat I ordered was perfect. I have been after a maxi trench coat for a while now. For some unknown reason they seem to be either waist or mid length. So I recommend this shop and am already looking at more nice clothes. Thanks for both great customer service and beautiful clothes.

Great camel coat- paid around 100 pounds and the quality of the coat is the same as a 300 pound coat that I got elsewhere. Fast shipping times and great fit too.

Very happy with my purchase. Took a little while to recieve but everything was fine and good communication.

Bought a coat from them via ASOS Marketplace. I always buy a size bigger than I need, and it still came up a little tight. Not the end of the world, it was a nice looking coat. Unfortunately, within a month, one toggle had snapped. Two weeks later and a second broke. They refused to exchange or refund and the coat looks tatty and ridiculous now.

I’ve bought some duff items in my time, but this really tops the list. Made all the worse by genuinely appalling customer service and shoddy attitude.

If I’d known how much of a waste of money and time purchasing from them would be, I’d have avoided like the plague.

Ordered 4 items, only got 3.

Informed customer services they refused to acknowledge my emails. I sent evidence (the item that is missing is crossed out whilst items I received had ticks next to them).

They have not denied that they didn't send the 4th item, but they have refused to provide a refund.

Only 2 people work at this sham of a company, so they know they did not pack 4 items I'd paid for in the parcel sent to me.

I returned 2 items with the QR code (Royal Mail) worth £65, they received the items on January 11th, today is January 28th and they have not provided a refund. I have chased and chased and chased for a refund, but they refuse to issue it.

The people behind this sham of a company are a disgrace.

Shame on you both, you are theives!!

I wrote a review on their website but it hasn't been posted... I ordered one of their trench coats and after one month of wearing it, the fabric started to deteriorate, and it also wrinkled. Don't be fooled by the reviews on their website.
