The online order was quick and kept me up to date on where the order was and when it was being delivered. Great service. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Ordered some Air Force 1s, slight manufacturing issue when they arrived. Spoke to the store on the Sunday, posted back to them on Monday (using freepost label), checked on Thursday to make sure they had been received back. Called back under an hour later to tell me that they had been received and a replacement pair (which had been thoroughly checked) were in the post to me. These promptly arrived today. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the service given by this shop is outstanding!

Found Landau online during a frantic internet search for Nike Air Force 1s after being let down by Footasylum. Arrived the morning after ordering in perfect condition and even with all labels etc ready for free returns (even though we won't be needing them). Landau will now be our first port of call for trainers 👍🏻
