Nando's Dover - St James

Delicious as always! The staff here are all really kind and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Food is good, as with all Nandos outlets, but this one takes particular care and precision with their dishes. The Fino Pitta and Sunset Burger are my favourites.

Had an impromptu meal with family here. My first Nandos experience for twenty years. We were greeted warmly at the door and shown to our seats.
Everything was available from the menu. Our food was cooked with care and was served with a smile. The team at this Nandos were like a well oiled machine. Really tasty meal, I was surprised at how good it was. Super tasty. Top marks 🎩🎩🎩👍👍👍

Update 25th September 2023: We have now been coming to this Nando’s for the past few years and can safely say it’s the best in the area. The food is always fast and cooked beautifully, it is always clean and the staff are brilliant. I must also mention a staff member in particular who has been here for quite a while, Nicole. She has provided us amazing service time and time again and never fails to greet us with a smile, always going the extra mile to make every visit that little bit better.

Easy to order, warm and nice service. The chicken itself is easy to peel with cutlery, even the joint bone. Enjoyed and had great time here. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to Nandos at this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were told that they were awaiting a delivery so certain items on the menu were not available.
The food was excellent and delicious. It was nicely presented and the service was good and the atmosphere was relaxing.
We were able to try the missing items from our last visit and we were not disappointed. We hope to visit the next time we are in Dover.
It is nice that one is able to take home what they are unable to finish.

Amazing experience service was prompt and showed that they were actually caring for the customer and paying attention been to nandos many times and I think this is one of the best staff I have ever met. Just to name some of the staff Eleanor was a very kind and acknowledging of us.

As always very happy and full ! Manager on duty very on point, friendly and professional. Food spot on. We had wings, livers and desserts. All just how we like it. It’s a very busy Saturday afternoon. ( 6pm table 23 with ) but we didn’t even had to wait that long at all. We have been here many times and we keep coming back. All staff is superb 👌

Did lunch on our Dover day trip. Even if it was a weekday, place was quite full and took almost 20 minutes to get seated. Food is great, like other Nando’s. Ambiance is nice.

Absolutely great service, friendly staff, great food. I've ordered liver and pita bread and it came Piping hot and so yummy. I can highly recommend this Nandos - right next to Cineworld in Dover

Very well cooked food here, and great portion sizes. Also accidentally tipped my saucy spinach all over me, straight away staff come over cleaned it up, asked if I was okay and provided me with another dish free of charge which was very kind. Smiles all round here!

This has to be one of the best customer service Nandos that I have been too.. All the staff were mega friendly and the service was brilliant. When we are next around Dover will defo go again. Keep up the good work guys. 🙌

Lovely food, quality service and average price

My boyfriend and I have been eating at Nandos in Dover a few times a month since it opened and we've only had one occasion where food took ages. The other 99% of times, everything has been spot on. The staff are lovely, the place is clean, food is served quick and always delicious. Highly recommended!

I went there early. Around 11:30am for a spot of lunch and there was only one other table, so very quiet as expected. The chicken was sublimely cooked. I mean, I've had a lot of Nandos all over the country. This was perfection. Chips were good also. The staff were really polite and when I said about my coeliac they dealt with it perfectly. If you fancy a juicy, perfectly seasoned hot meal of chicken; this is the Best. I only dropped one star for atmosphere as it was empty. You can change that.

Visited today with family and seated instantly at lunchtime, really friendly staff and we were looked after by Cam who made us feel very welcome. Mum's coeliac and my son is still exploring his food tastes but they made everything perfectly and quickly too. Cheers Cam and great to meet you and your colleagues!
