Luciano Bar & Bistro Restaurant

Been here a few times now... What's not to like! Food is spot on service great and atmosphere is lovely... We took friends this time.. who where up from Lemington - spa they loved it... "Good shout coming here"... Bonus Easter weekend they had a band on!... Get it booked you won't be disappointed!

We’ve always had fab service at Luciano’s. Went with my mam today for my birthday and Thaba (hopefully spelt right) served us for most of our afternoon. We made sure to let her know in person how fantastic she was. She’s an absolute asset to the restaurant. She was so attentive without being pushy; always making sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely could not thank her enough for the service we received, all the staff at Luciano’s are fantastic but Thaba definitely elevated the service further!

Great food and very nicely done out environment. Always busy so can be pretty loud but food is worth the trip!

Birthday night out …absolutely fab.. gorgeous place to eat and enjoy a drink food was amazing it was very busy but our food came cooked to perfection, Matt and the staff are amazing and create a very relaxed organised atmosphere…finished with a few cocktails in the bar area perfect …..lovely night

This was my first visit today and I was very impressed. We were a large group as it was a Baby Shower, but this didn’t impact on the service we received at all. The food was delicious and served up hot. I will definitely be returning.

Wow, what a wonderful place to dine . The place was extremely comfortable and modern. The staff extremely helpful. The food was exceptional. Will defiantly be my new favourite place to dine . Price was very good. 10/10 from me and all who I dined with say the exact same as I.

Cracking Sunday roast, service spot on. Also had the rump steak on a previous visit, the dripping sauce was fantastic.

We visited a family member's birthday celebration. Since we were a big party, we were asked to place our food orders in advance. Pre-ordering worked great. Our food came out quickly and it was delicious. It is quite expensive however you are paying for better quality food in a beautifully decorated restaurant. I highly recommend a visit.

Booked a table on Monday the 8th of January, for my son birthday with family, had starters first and a main meal followed by drinks, it's my first time at Luciano, the service was brilliant the server's wer brilliant too. Would definitely go again, atmosphere was warm and friendly, a lovely place to go,

One of if not the best pub/ restaurant in Peterlee. Staff behind bar need to be sharper and more attentive. Some of the bar staff are having to carry the weaker ones. Otherwise love the place. Especially over Christmas .

No complaints. Friendly staff with great food. The last time I called in was the week before Christmas for drinks only. The bar was quiet but the restaurant was very busy. I have reviewed the food as I have ate here previously.

Went for lunch and there were five of us had booked previously .Good choice from lunch menu each of us really enjoyed our food.Service was good staff friendly.It was decorated for Christmas and the restaurant looked absolutely lovely created a very good atmosphere.Will definitely revisit

Honestly wasn't looking forward to going here to try for the first time but so glad I did food was perfect every mouthful was delicious reasonably priced also, deserts were average but cheap and nothing like our starters and main which were quality and after there was a great selection of drinks in the bar which was an excellent way to finish what was a great night, staff were lovely with minimal waiting time for service I will be back and would recommend here to anyone who is looking for a relaxed night with some great food and good drinks 10/10 keep up the great service guys

Dined for a party of 7 very welcoming atmosphere food was of high quality to top it all a birthday complimentary cheesecake was delivered would highly recommend this place can’t wait till we go again 5 *****

Family meal for my son 16th. Pre-ordered food for 14. Then extrax people added on at last minute. They where accomodating straight away. Food was served prompt and out. Think only issue I heard from the party was not enough cheese on the margarita pizza. But everyone said our beautiful the food was. Will definitely be back.

Sat for a little cheeky vino on entering..
Then enjoyed the relaxing ambience and obviously hubbies company lol.
Then after around half an hour went into the main restaurant and met Maria, our lovely welcome and host. Went to a lush booth as our table... Soo cosy with excellent customer service.
Our order came within a acceptable time, as I hate to be rushed... So just nice.
Starter was prawns and a lush spicy dip.
Main I ordered rack of lamb, cooked to perfection and hubby had a steak, ribeye.... Mmmmmm
Then in the end we had to share our dessert as we were sooo full.....
Dessert was just as nice...
Definitely recommend and would go back!!!!!!

First time there with a group of friends, before going to see a show. Decor is great, atmosphere is great and the food was spot on. I had the spicy prawn salad, as wanted to eat light, it was delicious, portion was a good size and plenty of prawns. I was more than happy and will be returning soon.
