Wow!!! Baguette baked well but tender, excellent baking! Fillings for sandwiches well picked product combos, quality components £delicious!!! Coffee smooth, not sour or burn at all. Plain beautiful Coffee! Croissant with chocolate and walnut is memorable! Wow and see you tomorrow guys

OMG I have just returned from holiday and so delighted with the new decor at Manuels. I have been a customer for many years and NEVER disappointed with the service, quality of food and now a beautiful new layout. Soooooo happy Maria 💕

Amazing sandwich

I can't believe that now we live in a covid environment you have decided to have you cakes out of the glass display and covered by flimsy plastic and the cakes I wanted weren't covered so you lost a sale. Also the new layout makes it much smaller not room for customers move around each other.

The overall food is ok at the bakery but I have been very shocked to have to deal with the rudeness and lack of customer service skills from the owner that runs the bakery. I have had many lame excuses as to why I can’t have certain items and also to be told that they have not finished setting up or opening up and that is why I can’t have salad with my sandwich. I have used the rusthall bakery for years and it is supposed to be part of the community. I paid full price for a sandwich and didn’t actually get to pick what filling and salads were in it, just given the filling and told it was because the salad was the day before but yet I was served the filling which was with the salad. This is not the case on a Saturdays as the young blonde girl has lovely manners and is always very polite and friendly but as far as the other two girls they need to learn to treat the customers better and learn to make the customers want to come back again not treat them like they are looking down on them and speaking to them in a rude manner. The service is poor and they can’t even smile when you go into the shop. Best advice I can give to them is not to open the shop up until they are set up and ready to serve customers and to get some training in customer service skills. Such a shame.
