I had a really nice 3 bean chilli jacket potato in the restaurant today. Very tasty. Nicely presented. Cooked to perfection. My compliments to the chef. She did well.

I’m not really one for placing reviews normally, but today I have made an exception because the service & the can do attention to detail to help me in a major mix up on something I had purchased & lost the receipt, KAZ you are brilliant at your job & your care & explanation was nothing short of professional in every way ,Kaz took the time to go through all avenues at her disposal to reach a fair outcome for me today which would have been so easy to say unfortunately no receipt we can help , but thankfully that wasn’t the case

Very nice clean store, quite modern inside the Victoria mall. From very traditional Marks & Spencer's fashion to upbeat Christmas cards, and a food court which offers a different & tasty range to supplement your local shops stock. Great ideas in wheat free, free from etc. Surprised there isn't a further floor for children's clothes, toys, homeward & cafe.

I've always been very fond of Marks and Spencer's. This branch is ideal. The staff are ever so friendly and approachable and very helpful. The food hall is fantastic. The clothes aren't as stylish as before but there is a good selection and I noticed that they keep changing and updating them. I wouldn't say the tea shop coffee shop is one of the best but it's ok

Sally, one of the Wine Advisors went above and beyond when I found a foreign body in my M&S breakfast. She not only did everything she could to compensate me, she also brought the report to my place of work later in the day when she realized that I was on my lunch break and that it was using up my time while we wrote out the report. She is an asset to the team, and deserves the recognition for her outstanding customer service. Thanks again, Sally! 😊

Amazing bright open shop, well laid out and is easy to find everything. We also visit the cafe which is well furnished and serves great treats and drinks. Always lovely staff, really great M&S, you just can’t fault it!

Lady at collection point really helpful. I wanted the maxi skirt illustrated on the recent Sparks offer and she had one out the back which I bought. This skirt has now completely sold out. Many thanks. Very good customer service.

Well done on the oldies in store startup today. The staff were very good the the two ladies monitoring the the entrance were doing Stirling PR. My vote of the best staff was Sarah B at checkout who was happy, helpful and efficient and who gave me a handful of free vegetable seed packs.

I am a long term M&S customer. Their lingerie is second to none. Their staff always pleased to help. Try hard to keep up with current trends and cater for age group.

For the size of it, it's got lots of good food as well as lots of clothing. Ground floor is men's and food. First floor is women's etc. Plant based food is now stocked too which is a winner!

Love M&S, staff always helpful and polite and store always well organised making shopping there comfortable. My 3 favourite M&S choices are school uniform, tarte au citron & dine in for £10 meal deal

Its like any M&S shop I like it. Great for singles lots to choose from. Try the New York cheese cake but be careful, I could eat a whole cake. :)

Good range and variety of food products.
Also, there's a part where you can buy shoes and clothing or things for home. The prices seem to be higher than in other similar shops.

Super helpful staff in the school uniform department today. Thank you for locating the last pack of skin kind shirts in my son's size.

Decent choice of food. Everything is clear and easy to find. Checkout is fast due to many self checkout tills. Food is good quality as well.

Not a large selection of cupboard food but bakery is excellent

A lovely lunch, as always, in the Tunbridge Wells M&S cafe. Speedy service in a spacious, modern cafe which is handy but tucked away.
