Rob and his team consistently exceed expectations, going the extra mile to assist me every time I step through their doors. I needed to change an item ordered online. However, not in stock so redirected to the T.Wells branch. Refund given. Staff very helpful.

Been using Toolstation Tonbridge for many years now, Always helpful and welcoming staff. Had a minor issue with an online collection that had gone to a different store, Rob was on the case and sorted out for me.

I use Toolstation in Tonbridge fairly frequently. When I order online and go to collect, I often find they have all the items I've ordered in the counter ready for me as I walk in.
Very good service, you never wait too long.
They tend to have what I need, or they can get it in. Their return policy is great and they don't quibble .

Staff are exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and speedy. Excellent customer service and good prices. Always happy with a visit! The branch seems a bit short staffed at times but you can tell the team here are really trying their best. Exceptional work and they outshine their competitors.

Great hardware shop
Catalogue shop, you order from the counter or online, they get it from the store and bring it to you. Not as good as shop where you can browse and choose, but they do have a very good range of products. Some items are not in stock but usually can be ordered for next day pickup.
They nearly always have what I need.

I prefer Toolstation to other stores as if you are after a higher quality tool then they sell good quality brands.
But if you need something cheap then they have that available too.

Very helpful. Able to supply the radiator bleed valve that professional plumbers had said they couldn't replace.

Way better than Screwfix over the road. Went in for a bunch of radiators and they actually came out and helped me load them up. Great service all round.

I returned a demolition hammer recently to the Tonbridge store, I had no receipt only a date (about 6 months previously) of the transaction and amount paid. I was hoping for some help but had fairly low expectations of getting very far and had prepared myself for buying a new one. Fortunately I had registered an account and the staff in the Tonbridge store checked the dates of purchase, printed a copy of the receipt and advised me that they could "only" offer a replacement (this was beyond anything I was expecting. They regrettably didn't have one in stock but took the extra time to check local stores, found one in Tunbridge Wells, confirmed over the phone and reserved it for me to collect. An outstanding piece of customer service and professionalism, really going that extra mile. They have my business for any power tools and accessories I may need from here on.

Great staff ! Very knowledgeable & helpful, coupled with a huge range of products and often significantly lower prices than their obvious major competitors. The website has improved, but still a little clunky, but nothings perfect. Now my first & only stop shop.

Excellent service and staff that go the extra mile. I’ve known John for all of his 10 years with Toolstation and stop in for those supplies every time I drive by. All the staff are helpful too. John runs a tight ship.

My wife went to buy some jump leads to day to start my daughters car as I had ours in my truck and a very kind man behind the counter called “OZ” offered to lend her his own when she explained she only needed them to help our daughter credit we’re due what a good bloke Thank you Oz
