Dreadful - avoid at all costs - took my mother's wedding ring in to have 6 sapphires added for my own wedding. One month later one of the sapphires was missing. I took it back to be replaced. When I went to collect I was told 2 sapphires had been replaced and charged £180. The ONE stone that was replaced was darker and smaller than the rest. When I went home and thought about this, I called up to complain - only to be told "bring the ring back and I will poke out the stone and you can have your money back" - I did not go back but now a year later another one of the stones has gone. - My mother's ring ruined and my wedding ring marred by an awful man.
