Star 5 customer service however I didn't end up buying on this occasion (nothing to do with the store, the sofa just wouldn't fit in our space) but I 100% recommend checking this store out. I dealt with Tsungai who was such a great help. The furniture is super modern and good quality, they stock items you just don't see elsewhere.

Very professional and nice team to deal with throughout. I have ordered on 2 separate occasions now, 1st for dining table and chairs then 2nd for a new sofa. Both times they have kept me in the loop along the way and the delivery team are excellent as well. They will deliver and assemble if required and take care if your home. Ordering was a simple process, chairs (Calligaris Skin) and table (Calligaris Duca) are fantastic, true Italian style.
Good communication, fantastic delivery and assembly service. I had a small issue with the top of the table and the customer service has been outstanding!!! Absolutely 5 stars service, I couldn't recommend highly enough!!!!
