Scott from Maidstone Store was so friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile and really helped me to locate an item my SEN child really wanted. I’ve been struggling to find this product. Customer services was excellent. Highly recommend Robert Dyas, especially Maidstone store. Others would have just said not in stock but Scott made some calls and sent emails. Really went above and beyond to help me. Really appreciate all the help and support he gave me.

Excellent customer service by the lovely staff at the Maidstone store today, especially by Stuart, who went over and above by wheeling a flat packed garden bench to my car, parked in The Mall! Thank you so much for your kindness.

Today, I went into the shop, needed to sit down as my back was killing me! I sat on a box, which collapsed - a lovely young lady - staff - rushed to help me. What I wanted was not in stock, but the manager found me another identical item which was in stock, he fetched it for me, took my money, came back with my change, and put the item in my bag for me. These two members of staff went far beyond their duties to help an old lady - Pay rise I think 😉

Store was amazingly tidy and stocked, and I felt a good vibe with happy laughter within the staff members and customers.
I will definitely return to the Maidstone store as I was very impressed.

We really do applaud the staff for going the extra mile to help us when we had a problem with a transaction recently. So friendly & obliging & really understood our dilemma which Trudi was willing to rectify for us. Such personal service is hard to find these days but well done Dyas Maidstone for bucking the trend! This beats shopping online well done & thank you very much! The way the birds are devouring the seeds another visit to the shop will be necessary before long! Very well stocked and displayed. I had no trouble finding the items I required and my enquiry at the till was answered with enthusiasm. In fact, the young man at the till was so informative and interesting that I managed to help him with a supplier of unusual car parts. It's a shame that i have to travel to Maidstone all the time as we DON'T HAVE A GRAVESEND STORE In fact we don't have any worthwhile shops left at all. All of our hardware stores have closed down

Always great staff and service at Robert Dyas in Maidstone. I bought a Christmas present here for my son back in November but he only realised last week that I'd bought him completely the wrong items. Took them back expecting the staff to say it was too late to change them, but they went out of their way to put things right and get them replaced with the correct items, all within a week. Saved me from wasting my money and my son's now speaking to me again! Thanks a lot to all of the staff at Robert Dyas for being so understanding and helping me sort out the problem. Much appreciated.

I don't normally leave reviews but I have to leave one specifically for Trudi who works at this branch. It's never been so easy to return and replace something to store before. She dealt with the situation so well and professionally. She even spoke to my nan over the phone who was the one who couldn't get out of the house to return herself. Lovely person to have at your store.

what amazing service at this store. Nothing was too much trouble for Stuart who assisted with the return and purchase of a microwave oven. he was so helpful and resolved the issue all with a smile !

The best shop in Maidstone they always have everything that you need for home and if I need something for work. The staff are alway happy and smiling and always great you as you walking through the door. They always go above and beyond to help you out for what you are looking for. Brilliant customer service with a lovely team always willing to help you out.

Needed a few DIY basics but this great shop emptied my purse as there was so much else on offer! Stocked up on baking essentials I didn't know they stocked. Great choice of clothing dyes and something to cope with a moth problem too! Great shop. Helpful staff.

Sitting in the garden listening to paired speakers which light up and produce a great sound and someone asks where did you get these... Cheap, cheerful but useable. Great staff and products.

Just kitted out my flat with loads of stuff. The staff were great. Very helpful and patient. They made the whole chore of buying lots of new things in one go really quite fun. If I ever need anything in the future this store will be my first port of call.

I'm a regular shopper here and i can't praise the staff highly enough. Always helpful, always cheerful and I'll continue to shop here. Whilst my local supermarket keeps messing about with its product range I know I can always rely on Robert Dyas.

This shop is agreat asset to Maidstone. You need to go aound the shop at least twice or you miss something. Great staff who are very helpful.
