Notcutts Maidstone

Notcutts have the most friendliest and knowledgable staff I’ve met in a long time. Dan and Chris in the garden centre were very helpful they helped me with questions regarding an apricot plant. They both were so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. In the cafe the young staff were so friendly and had lovely smiles on their faces. Thank you for a lovely afternoon. It’s school holidays and the kids enjoyed themselves and enjoyed the food in the cafe.

Plenty parking place, great selection of everything in the shop. Staff was very helpful. One staff member helped me to get my shopping in the car too. Thank you so much for your assistance and great service. I will be back 😊

Excellent service today. Bought tree, plants and large pot which we couldn’t fit in the car. The guy on the help desk went above and beyond delivering the items within an hour of buying them, no delivery fee and enabled us through joining their low cost loyalty scheme a 20% discount. Then once delivered potted the tree for us. Great service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you. Will definitely shop there again!

Had lunch in the Restaurant- perfect food, cooked to perfection, cooked to order, the waiting staff are pleased to help with excellent customer service. Notcutts can be proud of their staff. Visited on a Sunday.

There's plenty to see and do at Notcutts. As well as there being a huge garden centre there are many other shops and businesses onsite. You can look at garden rooms and summer houses,hot tubs. There are clothing and shoe shops, gifts and smellies, a butcher, speciality foods, kitchen designer and bed showroom,aquatics shop selling everything you need for your pond or fish tank including the fish,plus a lot more.
It has it's own cafe and additionally there is a coffee house which sells light snacks and a pub/restaurant.
Parking is free and there are plenty of spaces. Wheelchair users would be able to access most areas.
There are toilet facilities in site.
You could spend hours looking around.
Look out for it's Christmas shop, it opens around autumn time and is always special.

Hubby and I popped into Notcutts this morning,in need of a refreshing drink before driving 35 miles home .
Have to say the Brick cafe hit the spot... delicious 😋 ice cold latte frappe just perfect on this glorious day.. Staff were extremely quick and efficient, perfect place for a quick rest .
Then hubby and I decided to wander into the garden centre. What an adventure, extremely well stocked with a wide range of plants .
But ,what really made our visit was the fantastic service we received..the garden centre staff were so helpful , and we would like to give extra praise to Karen ( absolute ⭐) for finding the Nepeta / cat mint plant...Thank you for the giggle 🤭 you gave us..
Next time we venture to Maidstone we will try out the restaurant..😋

We visited for the first time yesterday and were very impressed with Chris out in the pots section. My wife uses a wheelchair and we wanted several large items. Chris offered to be our personal shopper and take a large trolley to the checkout for us. Very kind man. A nice lady then helped us with our purchases back to the car. Sorry, didn’t get your name.

Jolly spiffing!! He had a full English and enjoyed it; I had baked beans on toast followed by a warm fruit scone with butter and jam. Service was helpful and brisk...

Great place for a coffee and a snack....but busy at lunchtime... which shows popularity.

Good garden centre, we went to the santus circus and it was great value for money, good acts some mistakes but it added to the authenticity for me long show but they kept the audience engaged especially the young kids.

We got to notcutts in Maidstone for the food that has been made on site in the cafe as well as home made jams you can get meat from the butchers friendly people there is lots to see gardening plants. To puzzles. Clothes, go and see your be surprised.

Fantastic place, you can get most of your garden stuff. Great selection.

Beautifully prepared for Christmas, lots to choose from and just a pleasant place to relax. Five stars to the shop and concession shops.
Only disappointment was the attitude of one member of staff in the restaurant. We were made to feel we were an inconvenience to her routine and if it wasn't for the fact that we had travelled a fair way and were in need of a snack, we would have walked out. One star to the restaurant.

My wife was given a birthday rose 🌹 last year unfortunately it has died we took it back and was exchanged with out any problems

Beautiful Christmas displays as usual. Some nice bargains about too. Nice sandwich and coffee although the wait to be seated and for the order to arrive was quit a while. Parking was easy.

Had a brilliant Sunday lunch staff so helpful we will be back

Absolutely fantastic customer service at Nottcutts, Maidstone today ! Maxine and the office lady really went above and beyond and I am very happy. Beautiful people selling beautiful things! Merry Christmas!
