Great produce, nice clean and tidy store with a coffee shop and good parking. Some great special offers this week.

Yesterday I lost my car key in your store.
The staff went above and beyond helping me to find it, including a member of staff who was on her way home.
When they found the key, they also gave me some flowers to cheer my day up.
Amazing service, I would like to say a big thank you to you all.

Pleasant experience shopping in here. Wide Isles and everything nicely packaged and displayed in clean and bright environment. What Joy!
Now the work has been finished on the roundabout Waitrose is easy to get too. It is so much easier to park here and there is an abundance of fresh produce , most of which is not available anywhere else in the locality.
It is well worth a visit and with the addition of a lovely cafeteria makes a delightful morning out!

Easy parking. Light welcoming store. Lovely displays and shelves full with every day products as well as luxury items and world foods. Nice to see fresh fish, meat, cheese counters all back .Good prices. Tills were well manned and also the self service tills are easy to get through. Friendly staff.

Choice and quality of food is far above the mainstream supermarkets, however what really stands out is the customer service.

The staff are wonderful and make you feel welcome at all times.

Brilliant customer service as always. I forgot my phone and card hence I couldn't pay for my already scanned shopping. The Partner quickly print out my receipt and kept my shopping safe in their chiller. The Partner even took the crisp out and kept it separately in a bag so it doesn't go cold.
I am always leaving this shop with a pleasant feeling. Thank you Waitrose for making my life easier.

I really like this store. They stock a number of harder to find items, carry a good selection, the staff is friendly and the store tidy and well organised.

Best place for shopping.
They do really care for shopper; specially senior citizens.

Lots of variety, good quality. Price matches on certain staple items to compete with other places. Don't use it all the time but definitely a great place to go for something special.

The partner I spoke to collected my shopping from the warehouse and then loaded into a trolley for me. While we were waiting for her to get our order we saw some album bulbs, which she scanned for us so we could buy them. She was very helpful.
The shopping was reasonably packed in that the eggs and bread weren't packed with heavy items, which regularly happens with another supermarket I've used.

We decided to try click & collect Grocery shopping at Waitrose after a bad social distancing experience in another supermarket (not Waitrose) to see what the store was like. Staff at the entrance were very professional and we were told where to wait in the store before our trolley of shopping was given to us. Overall it was a very satisfying experience. Although my partner is considered vulnerable, having seen how the store operated, we feel confident that we could do our weekly shopping here now in store rather than use click & collect.

Fantastic staff coping admirably during the COVID crisis. I take my hat off to them. The shop is always clean, bright and staff friendly & professional. Also plenty of staff on the shop floor who are so willing to help answer ant queries, direct you to the right aisles etc. It makes what could otherwise be chore into a pleasure. Thank you

So glad access to this store (not the stores fault , local road works )has finally been finished. Waitrose synonymous with great quality and exotic variety never fails to disappoint. Very well managed covid secure environment.

I went into Waitrose on Saturday don't normally shop there But a young man called Brandan was such a helpful person he was everything a shopper would want Also everything a Company would want!!! He has changed my view on Waitrose will definitely go back thanks to this young man Bramdan didnt get his last name but I mentioned it to a supervisor on customer service once again - thank you

The quality is way better than in our supermarkets, but you will, of course, pay the higher price.

First class. On line order delivered to my car, polite and courteous service all the way. Quality foods ,good offers,sensible prices. Clean and well presented.

The best supermarket with the best produce in Colchester and the only place with a bearable shopping experience.
Speaking as a typical male with low tolerance of other people's ignorance, I have never been tempted to walk out in the middle of a "big shop" and abandon a trolley full of shopping, something which I have done in supermarkets in the past.
