Nice looking building big glass varied and comfortable seating and a nice outdoor seating space , ample parking and great loo s. Plenty of staff but they didn't seem well briefed on what they were selling but we're friendly and helpful. Small vegan choice but there was some choice and no surcharge for soy milk , my hit chocolate wasn't hot but that's comment everywhere , it wasn't clear wether I had to bring back cups from my table or if staff cleared it but all in all a nice place to visit.

Excellent as usual. The billionaires shortbread is to die for. Didn't use any of my rewards on this visit but was asked if I wanted too. Toilets were spotlessly clean.

Good location and friendly staff. Outside seating available for the nice weather, or air conditioned inside if it is too hot. A good range of the Costa drinks available, as well as a good variety of cakes and savoury food. I'd definitely recommend the carrot cake!

Easy parking and in an area where you can enjoy a treat after a day shopping

Alway look forward to a mug of Costa coffee when shopping at Tollgate, we tried their sandwiches for the first time, we were surprised at how fresh and tasty they were. Never had a bad experience in any of the coffee shops.

Great clean and efficient system in place due to current Covid restrictions. Had to queue for a short while but not long. Staff are friendly, coffee really tasty and a nice atmosphere.

Always a fresh hot coffee professionally prepared. Gerry (Jerry) has been working with different tops of drinks including pokemon and Mario bros etc. Helpful and friendly

So, how is the newly refurbished Costa at Tollgate? Well, the team there are still as lovely as ever, I was made to feel so welcome by Tash the other day - it's like coming home! The revised venue feels very popular and I'm not sure if it is the loss of the visual break of the banquettes or that it is actually due to more customers. However, it is much lighter, right to the back, though maybe at the expense of higher ambient noise. The coffee is, as always, great and the cinnamon brioche buns are to die for! Still my top choice.

Always busy! Great location! Seating outside! Friendly staff! Great Coffee! Good selection of Snacks and great Cakes!

Love this costa staff are nice its always clean and tidy and dont ever wait long to be served or food to be brought over 😀
