ScS - Sofas, Flooring & Furniture

One of the few furniture shops we could get to from NE london that had a large selection to browse. Staff were friendly and there seemed to be a lot of great sales on. We purchased a Lazy boy on sale and managed to get it delivered the next day. Overall happy with the experience.

Great experience- needed to get some carpet for hallway, stairs and landing. Went in and had a look, great advice given with the the type of carpet needed for that area of the house. Raif and the guys were all very pleasant to.deal with. I ordered a non stock item however it was all measured, ordered and fitted all in 2 weeks. Fitters were also great and even helped me take off the old carpet. Good shop with great guys there. Thank you Raif and Dave

Only popped in to have a look at what was on offer and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly and polite way the sales operative was. He gave me all the information I needed so much so I ended up making a purchase. The social distancing and precautions to make everyone feel safe was an added feature to how easy it was to navigate the store and arrive at my decision to our purchase. Really liked the set up of the store, get to see everything as you navigate. Staff can lean on you abit, might be commission based or really passionate to make sales. Ended up buying our sofa online. Free parking, and all this 0% interest credit stuff really does help out. One flaw most of the sofa don't have a price tag on them which can get annoying.

Totally amazed by the overall service received. The guy named Sam was really helpful and made choosing our new sofa simpler, very friendly and lively chap. Now hoping i receive my delivery on time. Will edit my review based on their after care service etc.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron in SCS Beckton on two occasions. The first time we were merely browsers, not really sure if we wanted to upgrade. Aaron took time to explain everything about the prices of buying from SCS as well as additional offers, features and pitfalls. We were that impressed, when we were ready to buy we went straight back to that store although others were nearer or we could have bought online. Aaron matched online offers and the whole transaction was done efficiently and without fuss. The terms and conditions were clearly explained as was the delivery process. We are now looking to buy from more furniture from SCS in the future and will certainly be looking for Aaron and his team to assist us. A great store and company. Brilliant service at the beckton store! Ahmad asked if we needed help when we entered and when we declined he gave us the space to look around. When we requested guidance, he was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Despite us pushing for a faster delivery he gave us a realistic timeframe for delivery and honoured it. The living room set is lovely and just right for the space - couldn't be happier.

Bought my sofa, coffee table, and carpet from this branch. Dean and Dave were very pleasant and explained insurance and warranty in detail. I got 20% discount on my carpet after purchase of my sofa. They have a huge range of dining and living room furnitures.

I really happy because of I found which is I'm looking for long time and in my budget for sofabed and shop floor salesperson reema begum show us all kind of product displays, colours and all kinds of product information.
