Kenda explains procedures carefully and shares your Xray data to help with her explanation. She is to be complimented in my opinion in saving a cracked tooth when originally I thought extraction was best outcome

What a lovely dentist, best I’ve been to in years. From making the appointment over the phone to turning up on the day, a really great experience. Super informative throughout and really helped me with cleaning techniques. Really gentle clean as well and I was kept very comfortable. Thank you! Glad you are my new dentist.

This is the first dental practice that I have really trusted. I have now been with this practice for over 10 years. I am totally relaxed in the waiting room and in the chair. Always a very friendly and professional service. I now live in Norway but always have my dental treatment here. It is one of the first things I arrange when visiting the UK.

Noushad was kind and gentle with me. I had been experiencing severe toothache for over a week and was in a lot of pain. He dealt with the situation to give me as much relief as possible until I can get some root canal work done. I was incredibly grateful for the care and attention.

Friendly and reassuring whilst still being very professional. A check up with the dentist followed by a clean and polish with the hygenist. Following their good advice keeps my teeth healthy and they don’t need any treatment, always a bonus ! Booking for the next appointment easily done with Jodie and a reminder email sent to my inbox .

The decor in the building looks very fresh and modern. The receptionist was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and the hygienist...what can I say. They were very professional, down to earth, kind & considerate, knowledgeable, talking me through what she was about to do and what she found, funny, but most of all, a really nice person. She is a credit to the practice (note I do not work for the practice and I don't know anyone who works there). Just an appreciative hygienist customer.

Absolutely first class service. Needed an emergency appointment and they managed to accommodate me. All the staff were really helpful and kind, they seemed pleased to be serving their customers. The actual dentistry was fantastic too. Highly recommend.

Brad is sensitive and caring, takes great care to ensure work to your teeth is carried out at the highest standard.. always punctual, gently talks you through every step so no nasty surprises. Aftercare is top priority at together dental, very happy patient after implant inserted. Would highly recommend.

I was really anxious about seeing a new dentist. My experience with Together Dental Thaxted has been fantastic from the first call to make an appointment, through to the thorough examination, and the unhurried explanation of what treatment is required and why. I was given plenty of time to talk through my history and this really helped to reduce my anxiety. I won't be worried about my next visit. Thank you!

Following a very restless night with severe tooth and jaw pain I rang the surgery at Thaxted. Jodie answered the phone was very sympathetic to my plight and got me booked in to see Caroline that morning. After an examination Caroline pinpointed the problem. Because of my oddball teeth I needed an extraction but it needed specialist help. Don’t worry we will sort it she said. And they certainly did, Jodie was back on the phone to me in 30 mins and had made me an appt in Brentwood that lunchtime. I got Brentwood who were expecting me saw a very sympathetic Dentist there would took the tooth out. Then I got a call on my way home from Jodie asking Iif was ok and had it all gone well. Mega impressed with this level of service, professionalism and going the extra mile. Bravo, thank you and tonight I can sleep!

Can I just say a huge thank you to Dr Nabi and your lovely receptionist (sorry - didn't get her name) for seeing me so quickly yesterday for an emergency appointment. I have an abscess across two teeth which is extremely painful and Dr Nabi x-rayed, diagnosed and wrote me a prescription for two antibiotics very quickly indeed. Whilst, obviously it is still painful, it is such a relief to know what it is and to be on the road to recovery (hopefully).

We are so lucky to have you in Thaxted !

A totally painless experience with the Dentist. Great with both children and older people. A very professionally run practice. I never have to worry about going to the dentist.

Katrina was pleasant and professional. Explained the whole hygiene process and was very thorough with her approach. Staining and tartar removed to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend. Obviously will be going back.
