Just been to Mitchell cycles with a seat post problem and Jason was very helpful and professional cured the problem and even adjusted my front break. First class service.

What a quality business, I used these guys many years ago when I was a young BMX rider, and they havent lost one bit of the quailty customer service from then.

I had a wonderful experience at this place when I went to replace the saddle on my child's little cycle. Their service was impressively quick, and they showed great empathy towards their customers. I was amazed by the quality of their work as not only did they replace the saddle promptly, but they also took care of some minor repairs without charging anything extra. My kid absolutely loves the cycle now!

I am grateful to them for such a delightful experience, and without a doubt, my next new cycle will definitely be purchased from them. Kudos to their exceptional service!

Outstanding customer service. I bought a lovely Marin bike that was set up free of charge and delivered the next day by a friendly driver from the store. All the staff I spoke with were very friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to help with any any questions I had. For anyone thinking about buying a bike online from the more well known stores, I can definitely recommend these guys. I'm going to get all of my bike gear from here from now on. Never going back to faceless online stores that say they have a bike in stock but never actually do and you end up waiting weeks for delivery or for a bike to never arrive. With these guys, my order was ready and delivered withing two working days. Excellent!

I had an issue with my spin bike & needed help replacing some parts. Andy & the team were just so quick & efficient I can’t thank them enough. I really thought that no one was going to being able to help me repair my spin bike that was only 6 months old.
But Andy took the time to look at my bike & sorted the repair in one day!! Just so grateful

I have only ever had positive experiences with this shop. I bought a bike from them for the first time last summer, and they were all so helpful! They helped me pick the perfect bike within my budget, and even knocked some money off of it. The bike was put together and delivered to me that very same day. It couldn't have gone better.

Another time, I punctured my tyre, and I managed to get to them just as they were closing for the day. They all pitched in to sort it out on the side of the road, and sent me on my way, saying to just pay the following Monday.

There needs to be more dedicated family businesses like this, because the service is impeccable. I won't be going to the big chain store again!

They fixed my flat tyre about 5 minutes and changed the tube to a better one. That was the 3rd time when I brought my bike there and the service was always fast and perfect. The prices are friendly and the stuff is helpful, 5 stars.

Fantastically helpful; I had to come off the ridgeway having cycled the King Alfred’s Way. Got issues with both tubeless tyres and gears and the team at Mitchell Cycles assisted with these repairs on the spot, and even stocked unusually sized 650b tyres. Many thanks to Andy and the team who helped me to finish the gravel ride.

Helped a group of us out massively, quickly replacing a buckled wheel whilst on a 3 day ride. Not only that, they looked after all our bikes whilst we grabbed breakfast

I bought my first bike from here when I was a kid which was a while ago now..and have been coming back over time and just recently bought a new bike from them. First class customer service cannot fault them. Sad to hear about some of the negatives from some but this shop has been going for 50 years so they must be doing something right..

Fantastic service - stayed open for me past closing time on Good Friday and insisted I ride the bike and adjusted the front shock pressure for for me before I left. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Prior to making my appointment to get sized up and test a bike, I received very good and informative details over the phone from stock to spares. Andy highlighted a bike he had available that didn’t even come into the equation beforehand, which was amazing (that ended up being the bike I walked away with)

Arrived at the shop, bike set up and ready to go and they gave plenty of room to try it out without feeling watched so you could freely get the feel of the bike in your own time. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend and I’ll be returning for more parts/upgrades when needed. Thanks guys

Fantastic, personal service every time. Recently had our sons bike serviced and repaired...again, service was second to none and we were informed of what needed to be done throughout so there were no unexpected costs. We've also bought 3 bikes from here and love the fact that each one has been adjusted to the rider and fully checked over before leaving the shop. Can't recommended these guys highly enough.

Awesome service from the team at Mitchell Cycles. I took my bike in to be diagnosed and fixed and their speedy and efficient service was highly appreciated. They also advised me not to go to any unnecessary expense so the eventual repair was super cheap. I will definitely be returning for all my bike servicing in the future. Thanks team!

Fantastic company! During what is obviously an incredibly busy time for them they kept me updated, delivered my bike exactly on the day they said they would. Very happy, considering a few weeks ago i had lost hope in ever finding a bike in stock. Thank you for your patience and hard work:)

I bought a bike from this shop last week. I was surprised at the great choice of bikes there. Andy himself was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what I was looking for before I did. I hadn't had a bike for years and found his advice about bikes and cycling invaluable. If you want a bike and are not sure what you want, this is the place to go. Customer service at its very best.
