After significant research into the potential Kitchen supplier options locally we happened to call in to Schmidt Cheltenham. From the outset the level of professionalism, design and product knowledge, creativity and quality, and most critically communication, was exceptional.
This is third full kitchen we have designed and without question the innovation, quality and attention to detail has been outstanding. Drawer glides, edges, storage maximisation, finish quality, hardware, and yes, absolutely straight lines, installed in a challenging 19th century cottage renovation, has resulted in a wonderful overall product.
Pauline, Tony and the Team have been impressive throughout the process, accommodating and suggesting refinements which balanced the overall product within our budget.
The experience has been very positive from beginning to end, and we would certainly strongly recommend anyone looking for a premium quality kitchen at a sensible cost to pay a visit.

Excellent service from start to finish. Pauline and her team have done a wonderful job of the kitchen removal, installation but above all the design is superb.

We only popped in out of curiosity as we were looking for a bespoke bedroom solution and were wowed by the showroom experience of Pauline and Aleks and the product quality and options available for a bespoke bedroom design.
Can't speak highly enough of the service and product provided by Pauline and her team, from initial design consultation with Aleks, to final installation with a superb fitting team. We were kept fully informed during the whole process and are extremely satisfied with our new bedroom furniture. Highly recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and utility room. We have a relatively small but very tricky layout and the design has worked perfectly for us. From a friendly initial conversation, and throughout the whole design process, it was clear that Pauline was very knowledgeable and gave us innovative, clever solutions which we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. Delivery happened when promised and the installation was seamless. The fitting team were friendly and approachable and incredibly skilled - the result is a ‘no snags’ installation. The fitters noticed a couple of issues during installation and solved them as part of their work without any drama. After sales care has also been exceptional with a visit to check the installation and that we were happy with everything, also ensuring we had registered our appliances to get the extended warranties. The kitchen units, fittings and appliances are all high quality and look to be very robust. We would definitely recommend Cheltenham Schmidt, we found the whole process to be stress-free and the team were very easy to work with and extremely professional.

Pauline was really lovely and enthusiastic but we decided not to proceed with Schmidt even though our previous kitchen was Schmidt and we were very pleased with it. We were surprised to be told you can’t use le creuset pans on an induction hob - we’ve been using our successfully for 14 years and le creuset themselves recommend them! We were not allowed to take away any drawings to think about the design and we felt over directed - I wanted my freezer in the utility room not the kitchen but told it wasn’t the right way! We explored designs and options with 2 other similar priced kitchen , one bespoke hand made and one German and were given layouts by both - it really made the difference as we lived with it and changed a few elements after full consideration

Did not listen to what I wanted, and tried to give me something else.
