The Secret Garden Glamping

We have just got back from our second stay at The Secret Garden. This time we stayed in The View for my birthday and it was amazing! The unit itself is absolutely gorgeous, everything is lit up when you walk in and it really does take your breath away. We had added on the luxury package which was perfect and is so worth the extra cost. We also had a ‘happy birthday’ neon sign which added a lovely finishing touch. The units have absolutely everything you need and we had such a relaxing stay. I would 100% recommend adding the hot tub pre-light as the hot tub was the perfect temperature for us to jump right in when we arrived.
The underfloor heating in the tents is a great touch and, considering we stayed in January, it was lovely and warm in there! The board games are a nice touch also, to give you something to do when you’re not in the hot tub.
My partner also contacted Secret Garden prior to our visit to arrange a flower delivery for my birthday and they were so accommodating and had the flowers waiting in our unit when we arrived!
Andy is absolutely fantastic and, despite him clearly being so so busy, he went above and beyond for us and really made us feel welcome and looked after during our visit.
Overall, we had the BEST time (again) and are already looking at which unit to book for our next stay ☺

What a fab place. From the moment we booked, we received regular updates and the information shared to help us plan our little break was exceptional. On arrival we were blown away with the unit (the Glen) it was really cute and very clean. Everything was as described. We were greeted on arrival by Andy who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and was on hand also to answer our questions. The only thing I would say is that the beds for this unit are quite small for 4 of us, yet we all had a good nights sleeps. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Me and my fella went for my 40th birthday as we wanted something a bit different! It was fantastic!! Great location not too far from Liverpool if you wanted a day out, and a very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in The Hideout, the hot tub and outdoor cinema were great. Andy made us feel very welcome.
I would highly recommend The Secret Garden for a relaxing, luxurious break away 👌🏻

Absolutely beautiful !! pure luxury and indulgence. We stayed at the Glade at the Secret Garden Glamping for 2 nights . It’s quiet and the views across the field’s from the wood fired hot tub were idyllic. Everything is clean and to the highest of standards. Nothing is too much trouble for the team . The little touches and extras you get just make your stay all the more special . Huge thanks to Andy the site manager for going above and beyond xx

I booked this for my husbands 40th birthday. 🎁
We had the best time. On arrival I bummed into Andy who personally showed me around the wellness spa. As I needed and idiot guide 🤣😬🤣.

The pre light service on the hot tub was fantastic as we were able to get straight in. We loved the cold tub and had fun getting in and out of this and into the hot jacuzzi. Took us a little while to warm up the sauna but we got there in the end. We have a lovely relaxing evening and a great experience. We cannot wait to return in the future. Decisions decision on which one to stay in next time.

Fantastic stay here for hubby's birthday! We stayed in the treetops with our 5 year old and we all had the best time. Even in the midst of a storm, we were lovely and warm and comfortable, the underfloor heating was a bonus. Staff were fantastic and so welcoming and the complimentary cakes and chocolates were a gorgeous touch.

Brilliant amenities and would definitely recommend the pre-light hot tub service.

Luckily managed to get a last minute stay in the Glen for 2 nights.

We were kept up to date prior to arrival with emails and a welcome book which was really helpful. We referred back to the information throughout our stay.

Staff were very helfpul and friendly particularly Andy who was very welcoming and always had a smile on his face.

Room was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed including cups plates cuttlery etc. bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Drying fascilities on site came in very handy as towels and robes got wet quickly from the hot tub

Outdoor area was amazing. We spent most of our time outside despite the cold as it was beautifully presented. The hot tub was definitely the best part with the television on the wall so we could watch films while chilling in the hottub.

The hot tub did take a while to heat up as it was a wood burning hot tub and we had to spend around 2.5/3 hours ensuring the fire stayed lit.( we were advised that this would be how long it would take ) I would say if this is your first time using the wood burning hot tub to pay a little extra to have the staff pre heat it for your arrival so you can jump straight in.

We also needed more wood as we used the wood that was provided to us quite quickly and fire lighters. There is option to buy additional wood if needed

Lighting the hot tub can be quite tricky at first if you havent done it before. I would suggest gas lighters are provided rather than lighters as I found it quite difficult to light the fire lighter using a lighter and feel something with a longer handle will be more efficient to save any burnt fingers

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are already looking at booking again for next year to try a different pod. The room was cosy and outdoor area was amazing. Also set in a good location with nice restaurants and pubs only 5 minutes away. We also managed to get out and about and do a lovely walk in Fairy Glenn which was only a 15 minute drive away.

We have just got back from our little get away for my partner’s birthday. We stayed in The Glen which is beautiful inside and out, we had a wood burning hot but which added to the Glamping experience. Chelsea was so helpful and responded asap if they were any concerns. Aswell, as the welcome book was very useful if there as any queries and in finding things to do around us and The Secret Garden Glamping was definitely favoured by friends and family who are planning on booking.
10/10 if you want a little get away.

Had a great stay in the Treetops. The unit is gorgeous, the welcome chocolates and cakes are a nice touch! Andy is super attentive and just a text away if you need anything. The under floor heating is delightful on a cold December night. Very secluded and private which was nice for us as a couple. If you can get a booking, I’d definitely recommend it, the units are all so aesthetically pleasing - it’s glamping on another level!

WOW THIS PLACE! We visited for my Boyfriends birthday and what an amazing stay it was. We stayed in The Hideout for one night and it was everything we hoped for and so much more. The Hideout was beautifully done, well thought out, with great attention to detail and the cosiest of pods.
We ordered some wood and marshmallows via Andy and these were with us in minutes. We had trouble working the soundbar and somebody was with us in no time to give us a hand, talk about looking after you!!
The hot tub was lovely with a TV, perfect for listening to music or watching a film. The outdoor projector was fantastic, one of the main reasons we booked this unit in all honesty. Pizza and Popcorn whilst watching a film on the projector, wrapped up in blankets with a hot water bottle and glass of Gin… PERFECTION! The fire pit was great to toast marshmallows and sit around. This unit really had everything you could possibly need with a kitchen area, fridge, grill and not forgetting the outdoor shower. I felt like Wim Hof and loved it!
We met Derry and his mum, they were really friendly, very approachable and so helpful.
We spoke with Andy a few times via message and whilst seeing him out and about, a great guy to chat with, nothing was too much trouble, really friendly and a credit to the site/team!
From the moment we booked our stay, we had emails and welcome books explaining everything we needed, from before leaving our house to checking out. I paid for a Neon Happy Birthday sign for my Boyfriend prior to visiting and this looked lovely, especially in the dark with all the other lights.
I could go on writing forever because this place is so unique and wonderful, everything about it made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to visit again next year at a different unit. See you in 2025! X

We have stayed several times at The Secret Garden but this was the first time we’ve ever been able to get in during the school holidays.
We booked The Lookout and The Wilderness Spa as a double unit and it was exactly what we needed for celebrating several birthdays.
Everything is exceptional, finished to a great standard and the attention to detail is second to none.
Derry and Andy are most helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble.
The weather was terrible but we had a fantastic time….my advice….embrace the experience, it’s Glamping at its best!

I stayed in the wilderness spa,
I was absolutely blown away on arrival, even after a 6 hour drive and added bad wether.

I still had an amazing birthday and would not only recommend this secret garden glamping, I would encourage anyone to have this experience.
I would love to return, maybe if and when I can get a booking, as it’s in very high demand.
looking forward to seeing the Luxe when completed.
I must add Andy (customer relations)was more than helpful and accommodating.
Such a nice chap.
My only downside was that I wish I could have stayed longer.

We’ve just come home from a stay in The Oasis and we had a wonderful time! The unit was lovely and the outdoor facilities were perfect, even in the winter. There was an issue with the water supply freezing because of very cold temperatures overnight but the team kept us up to date and had it fixed quickly! Lovely stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the glade for 2 nights, from the second we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Andy and his wife. Andy was always so helpful and helped us with any issues or questions we had.We enjoyed every second of our stay and we were amazed by how stunning it was.I loved how private it was and we didn’t hear a peep from anyone else !
The bed was super comfy and they provide a lot of blankets which is good for when it’s cold.
Overall from the service to the experience it was 5 stars…
Other than the rain ( which can’t be helped)
we had the most fantastic time and definitely will be returning again and telling everyone about it x

We didn't know there was this Wonderful place just 15 min drive from ours.I checked availability and it was totally sold out TILL 2025🥺lucky enough couple of days later came across a cancellation and booked it straight away.
Once booked I got the app with everything explained in detail.really good and useful 👉
We stayed a night in The retreat. Spent at least and hour just looking around how well its planned.beautifully decorated good quality yurt with heated floors was perfect for my daughters to play in .the games provided too.
Ordered prelight hot tub service on arrival , had to wait for it to cool down wasn't an issue made marshmallows in a meantime.
Ordered special extras like breakfast, cheese snacks and desserts boxes .10 out of 10 quality and taste.
My husband loved Sauna
Amazing place to escape from routine will definitely come back to try different units .
The downside for me was that in early hours it became too noisy cause of the highway .

Just stayed 2 nights in the lodge for my boyfriends birthday. Absolutely beautiful! Absolutely spotless and warmly welcomed. The hot tub is electric which was a bonus. Stayed hot as long as you needed it to! 2 great tvs with a fire stick ready to use. It was freezing outside but with the underfloor heating and radiator the cabin was toasty! The only down side was the bed was so uncomfy, i suffer with my hips and legs and made it really uncomfortable the mattress being really thin. We would be swayed to come back to the lodge if this was changed. That being said still happy to give 5 stars ⭐

We have just got home from a 2 night stay in the Tree Tops, myself, husband and 3 children. I just want to say wow!! The attention to detail, the peace and quiet, all that is on offer. You have just got it right. We have already looked to book again. It really was everything we hoped it would be and more...now we are refreshed for the new year and redesigning our garden haha. Me and my husband stayed at THE VIEW for his birthday, we loved the whole experience as soon as we arrived, we were amazed with how everything looked.
It did rain during our stay but we didn’t mind as we love the sound of rain🧘🏻‍♀..
I would definitely recommend a big food and drink shop before arriving here so you don’t need to keep popping out.
Overall, an amazing experience and we will be back next year for sure!🫶🏼

An amazing place. Stunning views and surroundings and the glade was picture perfect. Exceeded our expectations. Girls weekend away which was so memorable. Brilliant idea with the guide book and Andy was a star . Highly recommend a stay here if you can manage to book . Absolute gem
