Zara is simply amazing!!
Had my 2nd massage at Refine today and will book another soon.
Zara welcomes you with a big smile, puts you straight at ease & really listens to what you need.
Came away feeling so relaxed and stress free…highly recommended.

I had a lovely facial, shoulder massage and dermaplaning and it was 15% which was a nice surprise.
I am definitely going to be a regular now I have discovered this little gem of a place

First time getting a wax so a little nervous however had a great experience felt totally at ease really professional the lady was brilliant will definitely come back, thank you.

Would highly recommend! I had the lemon bottle, lipo shape & ultra Tesla treatments for inch loss, and lost 3cm straight away! And it carries on working! I will definitely be back. Mary-Lou is fabulous too, she made me feel really at ease & explained the treatments in detail, always checking that I was ok & comfortable throughout. Top drawer treatments, beautiful salon, and amazing staff.

Recently had an eyebrow lamination by a trainee, it is amazing and had lots of compliments from my male colleagues..... can't wait for my next appointment. It's amazing how much of a lift it gives you....thank you!

I came to Becci with tattooed eyebrows done by another company. I needed them removed and redone as I can only describe them as disastrous! I even had a fringe cut to hide them. Becci welcomed me in, explained my options and successfully removed my old eyebrows and tattooed me new ones. I am so happy! Becci is very skilled and I now have beautiful eyebrows that means I no longer need my fringe. I am so thankful and would reccomend Becci to anyone wanting to have Eyebrow tattoeing. Becci and her team generally care about their clients, go above and beyond and take pride in their work. Again I’d like to thank all the staff who helped me in my eyebrow journey.

Jess was lovely, as was the Aqua facial. The treatment left me feeling very relaxed and my skin was glowing. I would absolutely recommend it.
