Close to parking area with 3 hours free. Mixed goods with clothing, food and a cafe. Bright and airy with lift and stairs to upper floor.

Good cafe, lots clothing options for men and women and shopping hall. Men’s clothes are becoming more on style which is great and the prices are much better than I remember them!

Pleasantly surprised with our visit.
My partner and I fancied the eggs benedict as a ceoliac i didnt see an option for this. We spoke to Amanda serving and she made it happen! She explained they were unable to make it up or toast the roll but they could bring it all out separately so I could make my own.
Very enjoyable with very helpful staff who are all well trained.

A large store with foodhall. Covers most things clothes and housewares too. Good quality has returned here and well worth a visit. Styles getting there but still struggling to tick all my boxes on clothing. Food is great and go here often.

We love M & S it's a shame, it was shut in my home town. We had very good time bought lots of bargains. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful we can't thank enough. 4 hours free parking a bonus plenty of time to do all our shopping. Food in the restaurant yummy wide selection of hot & cold drinks and light meals.

Good quality of clothes reasonable prices. Good layout, spacious and easy to get round. Well stocked food hall, self service great.

Wheelchair accessible entrance, disabled toilets available in the shop clean and tidy. We recommend

It rained for the first time in ages, so I got a light water proof jacket, and some lunch from the food hall. You have to treat yourself every now and then...

I would like to make special mention of a very helpful young person 'Molly' in order collections. I had two great big boxes to collect, not too heavy but very large & cumbersome (many lampshades). Only one box fitted into the large trolley I had taken upstairs. Molly carried the other box all the way downstairs, then outside, right to where my car was parked. What a special young person ! She is a credit to M & S.

Good food served in the cafe. I go there very regularly. They will heat your plate for you when they serve the breakfast if you ask them to. Remember to ask though lol, I'm not sure why they don't do it by default. The rest of the store is relatively quiet in the mornings.

Food store is brilliant, such a delicious choice of ready meals, pies, meats and vegetables, cheeses, drinks absolutely everything. It's such a treat for tempting delights.
In addition, our Christmas order for 2019 was just perfect.

Easily accessible. Had exactly what I wanted, so making a tiring trip to buy my son his first proper suit a good experience. Friendly ștaff that couldn't do more to help. Excellent price! Even got a 20%discount! And then a cuppa in their cafe. Highly recommended.

Nice store with helpful staff. Good range of goods although not quite as much choice as the hedge end branch due to its size. Parking is free and is close to other shops and restaurants so a great place all round.

Popped in to look for some summer trousers for OH ..an excellent selection..ended up buying 2 pairs....plus socks and pants!! well pleased ..
A good selection of sandwiches....and the best little lemon and white chocolate tart ever!! we really must visit more often...well done M&S....

Always shop at M & S but normally order online and collect so I can try on at home as I am disabled but today decided to try on a top at Whiteley store as I didn't want to have to take back if it was unsuitable, was I in for a shock! They had a disabled changing room that was spacious and well laid out, will be going back there in future to buy clothes so I can try them on in a well laid out and comfortable disabled friendly environment.

Friendly, professional and helpful staff plus fab store Manager. Good range of clothing, lovely cafe and wonderful food hall. Home range not currently being stocked, possibly due to expanding the walking areas under COVID-19 regs. Hope it returns in 2021.

Lovely big store and lovely friendly staff. Great to be able to park directly outside the door and parking is free. Highly recommend a visit if your in the area. Theres also a costa next door, so you can grab a coffee & check out the pound store while you are there.

For a medium sized M&S, this still has a wide range of products. There's also a supermarket for the food fans, too. The coffee shop upstairs has a great view down the shopping parade, perfect for people watching. I recommend coming here in the evenings, as that's when it's quietest.
