When visiting their excellent showroom, Little Duck provided sound advice and examples of how to maximize our space.

My partner and I decided we wanted to refurbish our dated bathroom. After checking out a few bathroom places we decided on Little Duck in Fareham. Naomi and Carl in the showroom were very helpful and gave us a good idea of what we wanted in our generally small sized bathroom.

The fitting took less than 2 weeks. Stuart and his team did an incredible job on our bathroom and we could not be happier. They kept everything tidy and patched up a little hole accidentally made on the landing above the stairs when removing the old bath (couldn't be helped). Stuart was even kind enough to advise us that the floor tile we had chosen in the showroom did not look right with the new lighting, so he went and retrieved some more samples and we are so glad he did, the new floor looks great.

Overall we had an excellent experience with Little Duck. Stuart really loves his job and he only has the customers' best interests in mind. Highly recommended.

Had two bathrooms refitted by Little Duck. The upstairs went smoothly even though there was a slight change to the plan for the sink. Really pleased with the result, it has the wow factor.

We knew we had a small leak in the downstairs bathroom so expected issues but this was worse than expected. Stuart suggested we contact our Building Insurance company to confirm actions needed, rather than ploughing on with the work to avoid issues later. This caused weeks of delays while the floor dried but as soon as it was Stuart came round to continue the work when given the ok.
Again so happy with the results. The communication, skill and effort of the guys is brilliant.
Can thoroughly recommend the whole team, Carl who was patient with us planning, Stuart and Rhys for the refit and Allen for the electrics.
If there was any area I would mark them down for, it would be a couple of times there was a delay ordering the shower cadies but that is all.

The work was carried out to a very high standard.i was kept informed of everything that was done through all stages of the renovation.All the work was carried out in a clean and timely manner keeping the disruptions to myself to a minimum.the guys that did the work were very helpful and polite,and respectful at all times.would highly recommend

Stuart fitted my new Bathroon 4 1/2 years ago and it has been fantastic. Recently we had a small leak on the toilet. We asked him to look at it expecting to pay and he replaced the leaking pipe free of charge-After 4 1/2 years! That’s really great aftercare. Nothing too much trouble!

Everything you could ask for from a premium product with a premium service and a very likeable team. From start to finish, showroom design to fitted bathroom, carefully considered and absolute professional service, with great ideas and suggestions to boot. Made us feel special and unique with every idea catered for and a truly a bespoke bathroom as a result. Could not rate higher, quality in the true meaning of the word. Excellent customer service. Bathroom fitted to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for Stuart who ensured we had everything we wanted. Thought out of the box for small downstairs toilet,looks bigger,brighter and functional. Excellent .

Great design of our on suite bathroom by Carl and installed by Stuart and Leon to a superb standard. Our Daughter had used them in the past and we liked what we saw. Very clean and tidy all mess cleaned up at end of each day. Very friendly and polite. Can’t recommend them enough.
