Terrible customer service - after a positive start to my experience, the worktop turned up damaged, I reluctantly had to send it back & then all went quiet, I had to ring on a daily bases for updates. It’s now over 4 week & I still haven’t had my money back or a work top, I have had plenty of fob off e-mails, even one from the “director”. I have spoken to a closed door numerous times, when I ask to speak to a manager & give my direct number on numerous occasions still nothing happens. Just be aware that if there is an issue, they will happily let you wait in the dark & keep fobbing you off (while they still have your money) Worktop “not express”

The kitchen worktops are birch. Very nice also.. UNTIL you notice that they have been randomly inlaid with plywood .so when you cut to size you get an edge with a section of glue lam staring at you..1st reply .put some filler in .then it's the fingers that join the sections together..ehh no .my recompense was 3% off next order .PMFSL rather bent my anger on social media because they will loose far more ££ by non orders.

Absolutely shocking customer service. If in the highly likely case your delivery is incorrect (3 times so far in my case), or your purchase is damaged or items missing, you are up the proverbial creek without a paddle because customer service is non existent.
Do yourself a massive favour and avoid Worktop Express (a 'brand' of DOS Ltd) at all costs. Ignore this message at your peril.
